RESUMEN
Los nuevos contextos globales han impactado de forma circunstancial lo que conocemos hoy en
da podemos hablar de los sujetos en su vida cotidiana, las organizaciones en los nuevos
mercados, la economa en su transformacin, conoceremos como las tecnologas influyen en los
nuevos procesos y lo que implica su utilizacin para las organizaciones, la competencia hace
que haya un especializacin y la mejora continua sean uno ms de los objetivos principales, la
implementacin de una prospectiva enfocada en las entidades proporcionara un diagnstico de
quien son en donde estn y como ser las nuevas organizaciones, se determinara el papel que
cumple el recurso humano y la parte que controla la empresa, como es indispensable manejar un
vnculo para el progreso de toda organizacin las consecuencias y los beneficios del liderazgo.
INTRODUCCIN
En el siglo XXI los pases han generado cambios que surgen a medida del tiempo es as como
vemos que la globalizacin ha proporcionado la interaccin de culturas y an ms importante
de mercados los nuevos contextos globales han impactado de forma muy evidente en todos los
mbitos de las organizaciones esto es determinado en el mejoramiento continuo, el uso de nuevas
tecnologas y la especializacin de la mano de obra, la eficiencia de los procesos y la eficacia de
implementarlos, la calidad y el valor agregado de un producto o servicio determina la
continuidad de la empresas, el liderazgo de las personas que llevan los procesos organizacionales
y concientizacin del recurso humano para dar lo mejor de sus capacidades intelectuales y
operativas proporcionara a las organizaciones la continuidad en el mercado y que haya un menor
impacto en los cambios constantes del sector en que se encuentre.
LA COMPETENCIA
Recordemos que la funcionalidad de toda empresa radica en tener ganancias y cmo es posible
obtenerla si en el mundo cambiante nuestros competidores ejercen mecanismos de actualizacin
continua como lo indica Michael Porter en su obra "Estrategia Competitiva" la competitividad
est determinada por la cantidad de productos que generemos, la productividad es funcin de la
calidad de los productos y a su vez del precio y de la manera eficaz de producirlo, la
competitividad se evidencia segn el sector de industria, teniendo encuentra lo anterior la calidad

EL FUTURO EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES
Es incierto el futuro de toda organizacin es por eso que segn los estudios prospectivos todo
acierto es posible convertirlo si lo identificamos plenamente y lo construimos para esto es
necesario planteamientos de estrategias guiadas por las nuevas tendencias del mundo enfocndolo
en la organizacin.
Mojica (2006 p125) sostuvo que Al analizar el futuro, es necesario tener en cuenta los
conceptos de presente y de pasado. Para la Real Academia de la Lengua el futuro es un
tiempo que est por venir. La realidad es que vivimos en el presente, tenemos memoria
del pasado y esperamos que ocurra el futuro. Sobre los hechos del pasado ya no podemos
hacer nada. No tenemos ninguna gobernabilidad, pero si conocimiento. Es el lugar de los
hechos conocibles y de la memoria. No podemos obrar sobre ellos pero, en cambio,
conservamos de ellos la informacin de lo acaecido, la cual nos sirve para explicar el
presente. De hecho el presente se explica por el pasado. Lo que somos como pas, como
organizacin o como persona se explica por decisiones afortunadas o desafortunadas
que tomamos en el pasado. El presente es, por lo tanto, tributario del pasado. Podramos
decir que el presente es el pasado del futuro, Pero, a su vez, el futuro depende del
presente, porque las acciones que realizamos actualmente van a permitir moldear y
acuar determinado tipo de futuro. En consecuencia, la realizacin del futuro depende
solamente de nuestra decisin y sta de un acto de la voluntad.
La necesidad de un cambio continuo se centran en tres frentes pasado presente y futuro, es
indiscutible que uno es consecuencia del otro pero el pasado y presente pueden influir en las
decisiones que tomemos en nuestro futuro tanto en la vida cotidiana como en las toma de
decisiones en las organizaciones.

Segn Gary Hamel en una serie de conferencias en Universidad de Phoenix, junio de 2011 brinda
su punto de vista sobre cmo crear organizaciones que se adapten a los requisitos del futuro y
de las personas
Segn Hamel, se basa en la gestin como resultada del ltimo siglo, el cual ha cambiado
progresivamente esto debe cambiar por las situaciones que se presentan hoy en da entre lo que
tenemos:
EL RECURSO HUMANO
En la actualidad las organizaciones estn controladas y dirigidas de una forma lineal los nuevos
contextos globales ha desarrollado una nueva visin de cmo proyectarse y de esta manera
generar cambio organizacionales para una mejora continua, para lo que es necesario modificar el
modelo de gestin tradicional para desarrollar mtodos que se centren en los diferentes frentes de
las organizaciones entre estos los trabajadores que son el alma de toda empresa.
Los colaboradores en la organizacin representan uno de los activos mas importantes por lo tanto
es necesario que el recurso humano sea capaz de identificar su funcin y sea participativo para
que la entidad pueda fluir pero para esto es necesario que:
Motivar al personal, es una tcnica que debe realizar las organizaciones en la que se estimula al
recurso humano para que estos ltimos desarrollen actitudes favorables para mejor desempeo,
este es un beneficio de doble va ya que para el empleador se proyectara y tendr mejores
resultados y para el colaborador porque hay una mejora en la calidad de vida laboral, el
reconocimiento en el trabajo, la capacitacin continua y el desarrollo profesional (poder
ascender) , permite que la poblacin de toda empresa tenga un estmulo para realizar su funcin,
otra tcnica de gran importancia es poder brindar las herramientas para que se pueda realizar las
funciones ya que con una optimizacin de recursos y el uso adecuado podr ser ms eficiente
cualquier sistema de produccin.
Porque es necesario motivar al personal, la persona que es motivada da confianza y se convierte
en un modelo para el resto de sus compaeros, es capaz de resistir los cambios ya que su
autoestima permitir que acepte nuevos retos, puede dar informacin til a la organizacin y a
sus colegas, hace parte del clima organizacional de la empresa de forma positiva y tiene una
conducta de ejemplar.

Russel nos indica los principios de la gerencia estratgica en los que estn,
principio de participacin en el que todos los miembros de la organizacin
pueden interactuar y de esta manera desarrollar sus capacidades, el de la
continuidad nos indica que ningn evento puede ser pronosticado por lo que
es necesario observar continuamente para tomar alguna decisin y por
ltimo el holstico en el que se por medio de la coordinacin e integracin
se establece parmetros para poder conseguir resultados.

New global contexts have impacted circumstantially what we know today we can talk about the
subject in their daily lives, organizations in emerging markets, the economy as a transformation,
know as technologies influence new processes and what implies its use for organizations,
competition means there is a specialization and continuous improvement are just one of the main
objectives, the implementation of a forward-focused entities provide a diagnosis who are where
they are and how will the new organizations the role of the human resources and the part that
controls the company, as it is essential to handle a link for the progress of any organization the
implications and benefits of leadership is determined.
INTRODUCTION
Inten the XXI century countries have generated changes that arise as time it is as we see that
globalization has provided the interaction of cultures and more importantly market new global
contexts have impacted so very evident in all areas of the organizations this is determined on
continuous improvement, the use of new technologies and specialization of labor, the process
efficiency and effectiveness of implementing them, the quality and added value of a product or
service determines the continuity of the companies, the leadership of the people who carry the
organizational processes and awareness of human resources to give the best of their intellectual
and operational capabilities provide organizations with the continuity in the market and has less
impact on the constantly changing sector where you are.
Globalization and the continually evolving technology have generated a change in society and in
the economy due to growing interaction between countries, the ability of network connections
has allowed times are minimized and the market evolves and fits changing a culture that is
created also modified, network seeks to express and generate opinions
The people in charge of organizations must adapt to the change or the same forced them to act,
companies that manage a system of inflexible organization tend to disappear by different factors
including competition and new consumer needs, the knowledge economy makes stronger every
day because the network can work and corporate decision to generate new products and service
decisions, another point that comes to mind is the ability to interact with the customer as
electronic transactions to optimize processes agreements and business (online interactions).
The market has been reported that large companies exert more optimal skills in search of
differentiation processes not seen in past decades, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are
already organized in the same direction, the financial global market is one of the changes more
representativitos in history as an individual or company can validate their contributions to market
and conduct transactions, even today some people are used to obtain performance or physical or
tangible with net profit that is already contradictory because everything is process simplification
and improvement of organizations.
COMPETITION
Recall that the function of every business lies in having profits and how it can be obtained in the
changing world if our competitors exert continuous updating mechanisms as indicated by
Michael Porter in his book "Competitive Strategy" competitiveness is determined by the amount
of products generate, productivity depends on the quality of products and in turn price and
efficient way to produce, competitiveness is evidenced by sector of industry, having located
above the positioning quality or added value will enable a surviving company in the field of
competition from large industries.

THE FUTURE IN ORGANIZATIONS
It is uncertain the future of any organization that is why as prospective studies make it all
possible success if it fully identify and build needed for this approach guided by new trends in
the world in organizing strategies focusing it.
Mojica (2006 p 125) argued that '' In analyzing the future, it is necessary to consider the
concepts of present and past. For "Real Academia de la Lengua" the future is a time "to
come". The reality is that we live in the present; we remember the past and the future we
expect to happen. On the facts of the past we can not do anything. We have no
governance, but knowledge. It is the place of knowable facts and memory. We can not
act on them but, instead, retain them with information of what happened, which serves to
explain the present. In fact this is explained by the past. What we are as a country, as an
organization or person is explained by fortunate or unfortunate choices we make in the
past. This is, therefore, a tributary of the past. We could say that this is the "last" of the
future, but, in turn, the future depends on the present, because the actions we take today
will allow mold and coining certain kind of future. Consequently, the realization of the
future depends only on our decision and this one act of voluntad''.
The need for continuous change focuses on three fronts past present and future, it is indisputable
that one follows from another but the past and present can influence the decisions we make in
our future both in everyday life and in decision-making in organizations.
According to Gary Hamel in a series of lectures at University of Phoenix, June 2011 gives his
view on '' how to create organizations that meet the requirements of the future and people ''
According to Hamel, it is based on management as a result of last century, which has gradually
changed this, must change for the situations that arise today between what we have:

HUMAN RESOURCE

improvement, it is necessary to change the traditional management model to develop methods
that focus on the different fronts of organizations among these workers that are the lifeblood of
every business.

incentive to perform its function, another technique great importance is to provide the tools so
that they can perform the functions as a resource optimization and proper use can be more
efficient any production system
For we must motivate staff, the person who is motivated gives confidence and becomes a model
for the rest of his teammates, he is able to resist changes because their self-esteem allowed to
accept new challenges, can provide useful information to the organization and their colleagues, is
part of the organizational climate of the company positively and have exemplary behavior.

LEADERSHIP IN ORGANIZATIONS
Another important factor is the organizational leadership, is the ability to influence others with
the priority objectives of the organization, it is identified by its adjustment to changes and
capacity of
decision-making
productivity and
its
vision
for
the
future.
Managerial work is associated with leadership in seeking to raise the competitiveness of an
organization put on workers objectively meet the guidelines for processes leveraging resources.
According to studies the leadership exercised a management position, is how it is determined that
the psychology and management are disciplines that have a relationship exists in both a historical
development and are based on different theories and study methods, approaches in that the
administration is based is to plan, organize and control the processes concerning the organization
and in addition is a good leader to do this effectively.
Many business owners and managers can be effective with the requirements and fulfill their
administrative functions but may lack leadership skills which creates an environment of hierarchy
and not of companionship and identity, and there may be many people who have the ability to be
a leader born but do not have administrative order to regulate the momentum it has on other
people skills focusing it to the company.
In the world we live in today is dynamic and changing organizations assume the role of
innovation and make decisions based on the study and practice of the cases presented the vision
of the future decision is oriented in the running of the business and expand it , business leaders to
exercise their duties have profiles that are already admire his directorship should correlate as
being a leader, but not always being a leader is associated with the administration there are many
leaders that are informal do not have technical studies but influence on people and may not
exercise an administrative fee
STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
One of the most recognized models is Russel acroff highlighting the constant
change that is generated in the world so it must develop a new approach that
is consistent with the new movements, we will base its vision is directed in
planning to control events.
