Overall&I&think&that&the&lesson&went&well.&I&was&very&prepared&and&even&made&a&cheat&
sheet&for&me&that&listed&all&the&comparison&and&contrasts.&That&came&in&really&handy&
for&helping&students&look&closer&at&the&text&through&creating&leading&questions.&I&
think&the&differentiation&was&perfect&for&each&group.&One&thing&I&noticed&is&that&I&had&
a&hard&time&getting&started.&The&first&group&was&a&little&unruly&and&I&was&thrown&off&
at&first.&I&forgot&to&connect&the&lesson&to&reading&in&general&and&how&it&can&be&a&
helpful&strategy.&I&felt&a&little&frazzled&and&spend&a&lot&of&the&time&reminding&students&
to&stay&on&task.&The&next&two&groups&went&a&little&bit&better.&They&were&still&having&a&
hard&time&focusing&but&I&felt&like&I&was&more&prepared&to&handle&that&and&was&better&
able&to&redirect&their&focus.&I&think&the&lessons&continually&got&better&as&I&did&them&
and&by&the&end&was&satisfied&with&my&teaching.&So&one&thing&I&might&want&to&do&in&the&
future&is&make&sure&I&am&prepared&to&handle&disruptions&and&make&sure&I&connect&it&
back&to&how&they&can&use&the&strategy&in&the&future.&

After&reading&my&mentor&teachers&comments,&I&felt&that&my&selfNreflection&was&
validated.&He&noticed&the&same&things&that&went&well&during&my&lesson.&In&person&he&
also&gave&me&great&constructive&criticism.&I&was&really&happy&that&after&my&first&
lesson&he&asked&me&to&reflect&on&my&teaching&and&then&try&to&fix&the&problem&areas&in&
the&next&lesson.&He&was&really&helpful&in&getting&me&to&thing&critically&about&my&own&
