LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (Licensee) and Queenscliff Global
LLC, California (Licensor) governing your use of the Retouching Academy Photoshop extension
panels Beauty Retouch and/or Pixel Juggler (hereinafter RA panels).
Licensee acknowledges that this is only a limited nonexclusive license. Licensor is and remains the
owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the RA panels. In other words, you have not bought the RA
panels: you are licensed to use them by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
By purchasing, downloading and using the RA panels, you are agreeing to the terms of this
License Agreement, so read carefully before continuing.
Licensor reserves the right to change this License Agreement at anytime without any notice. It is
the Licensees responsibility to check this License Agreement for updates and changes.
The copyright for this product and all copyrighted matter incorporated in the product, specifically
including all photographs/image and video files, are owned by Queenscliff Global LLC and its
affiliates and are protected by the U.S. Copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
Therefore, you must treat the product and its contents as any other copyrighted material (e.g. a
book, a musical recording or a motion picture).
Purchasing the RA panels allows a single user to install and use a copy of the software product on up
to four computers (across his or her home, office, and studio stations, which can be laptops and/or
desktops) for his or her sole use.
You may not share, rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, disseminate, give away or lend the RA
panels.
The RA panels and their related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of
any kind. Queenscliff Global LLC expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or
implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall Queenscliff Global LLC be liable for any incidental, special, or
consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the RA panels or its related
documentation, even if Queenscliff Global LLC has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. In no event shall Queenscliff Global LLCs liability exceed the purchase amount paid for
the RA panels.
This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If for any reason
a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be
unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent
permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall
continue in full force and effect.
