1. Printtheletterofconfirmationofresidenceformandasktheadministratorofyourfacilityto
completeandsignit.
Youcanasktheadministratortoprintitforyou.
Wewillalsoacceptaletterfromtheadministratorthatisprintedontheletterheadoftheestablishment.

2. Theadministratorshouldcontactthelocalreturningofficertomakesurethefacilityislistedwith
ElectionsCanada.
Facilitiescanbeaddedtothelistoncetheelectionhasbeencalled.
Ifthenameofthefacilityisnotonourlist,yourletterwillnotbeacceptedatthepolls.

3. Whenyougotoregisterandvote,bringthisletterandasecondpieceofIDwithyourname.
