8. Leveling of Banbury main machine with base.

Alignment between Banbury and gear box as per
required.
Alignment with dial gauge between gear box and
motor.
Final alignment checking with M/s FRIL
representative.
Installation of complete RAM assembly with hopper.
Assembly of all other dismantling part as per
require.
Payment
1. 20% advance along with order for the mobilization of tools and tackle, staff
and workers etc.
2. 35% after dismantling of the equipments.
3. 25% after assembly of rotor.
4. Balance 20% after alignment and trial.
Terms and conditions
1) Structure gantry with chain block/crane, hydra, wooden sleeper, welding
machine, cutting set, jack, consumable and all types of foundation bolts, M.S.
plate/SS shim(for alignment and leveling) and all materials related to above
jobs will be provided by M/s FRIL free of cost but we will assist you in acquiring
all the above materials and equipments.
2) Civil, electrical, instrumentation, M.S./G.I. pipeline and structure jobs will be
done by M/s FRIL We will only be doing mechanical jobs.
3) All hand tools and tackles, transportation of tools and staff workers will be our
responsibility.
4) Service tax, ESI/EPF will be in addition to the above rates.
