Task 1.
Introduction
Countdown is largest Shopping mall in all New Zealand.
Countdown include a large in-store bakery baking fresh goods
daily, as well as a butchery department, expansive produce
section, service seafood counter and a service deli. The store is
also introducing a larger range of bulk food items, offering added
convenience for busy families and people travelling through
Silverdale on holiday. The store also feature a walk-in beer
chillers, a Lotto outlet situated in the foyer and 150 covered car
parks, in addition to easy access to more than 250 additional
parks at the Silverdale retail complex. . In May 2003 the
countdown one card was launched. This innovative programme
centred on a card called the one card, the team at Countdown are
really proud and excited to announce that $1.22 million has been
raised for this years Countdown Kids Hospital Appeal and
Countdown would like to say a big thanks to the generosity of
customers, staff and suppliers for helping to make this happen.
It has been 4 years since $1 million has been raised in a year and
this adds to the total of over $4.5 million dollars that has been
donated in the last five years. Countdown is a long-time supporter
of the work. The Salvation Army does. In 2012, we once again
stepped in to support The Salvation Armys annual Red Shield
Appeal, and through Countdown Food Rescue we support over
110 of the Salvation Armys local foodbanks across the country.

1)Improve Product /Service:Countdown has several years of experience in offering services

that are operating .As an aside, Countdown is also accredited as

2) Site Visit A site visit was done by the suppliers. Such visits
are often done by the suppliers just before the half yearly
review of the agreement. Such visits enable both the parties
to have an overview before they actually start the review of
