Supervised Industrial Training (SIT) is one method by which students is given a chance to apply
the theories, computations and analysis that they have learned from the school. It also helps the
students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills' by performing in actual work setting. Colleges and
Universities require their students to undergo such training within a specific number of hours as part
of the curriculum.
For the students, an SIT or internship program provides opportunities to go through the actual

workplace becomes development venue for a student trainee to learn more about his chosen field and
practice what he has learn from academy.
The main aim of Industrial Training program is to produce graduates who are ready to face the
working world. The program also aims to produce the knowledgeable, skilled and experienced

the working world. The Industrial Training program provides opportunities for exposure to the
working world, which will make graduates more aware of the hopes and expectations that industry
has of them. The program will also equipped students with real work experience.
Placing students in industry also increases their chances of employment after graduation, as
there is a strong possibility that they will be offered a job in the same place where they do their
training. Apart from this, the training experience will further solidify the on-campus learning process
and activities, while also providing students with relevant work experience.

Before we have are SIT, our values are always need in the requirement for the SIT. Attitude
reflects your personality. It also affects in the quality of your work.
Honesty, obedience and respect to your co-workers keep away you in trouble.
SIT developed my socialization to others. I have observed that there are people which are
approachable are the ones who have a good human relationship. They influenced me on having courage
communicate, to face and talk to other people specially your superiors. Being friendly make your job
become easier and its not hard to you to ask help. Being a shy person might also find hard time in
communicating to others that will affect to your co-workers and in your job.
Attitude also affects your human relationship. If you're boastful, no matter how great you are, still they
are not good to you.
