Source of Funds
Land Pooling Project is a self financing project. The cost of infrastructure
development will be recovered from the sales of plot (housing lot) allotted in the
project area, which is calculated by the approved (approved by the management subcommittee) percentage of the total land area of the project. So, this Kamerotar Land
Pooling Project also bears the cost (from the sales of the housing lot) of infrastructure
development (construction of Guide wall, Gravelling work, Storm water drainage and
sub-grading work) of the project.
Kamerotar Land Pooling Project (KLPP) has collected and collecting fund through
selling of its sales plots and intends to apply whole or part of this fund to payments
under the contract for the construction of above mentioned work at KLPP.
If Kamerotar Land Pooling Project could not sell the whole or some parcel of sales
plot and remains any dues to pay to the contractor, in that case sales plot will be
given to the contractor in the price already approved by the project, on negotiation to
cover the dues payable to the contractor.
