DeCrescente Distributing Company services a distribution territory that includes 11 counties and 7,500
square miles. DDC warehouses, sells, delivers and merchandises over 12 million cases of beverage
products annually (Beer, Soft Drink, Wine and Liquor combined).
Warehouse Manager 2010 - 2015
Directed a team of 40 overseeing the night warehouse loading operation for a 240,000 square foot
warehouse housing approximately 1,900 SKUs. This fast paced operation loaded as many as 60
outbound trucks and up to 75,000 cases per night. Responsibilities include productivity, quality, payroll
and safety. Ensures compliance with all company and OSHA Safety Standards.

Slashed selecting and loading cost per case by 12% amounting to an annual savings of nearly $250K
in the first year.
Restructured warehouse slotting locations and pick path driving an increase in cases per man-hour of
5.6% while also eliminating the need for an outside consulting service to perform this task.
Key member of WMS (Warehouse Management System) Implementation Team designing the
structure and layout of over 8K picking and storage slot locations.
Recruited as member of the Company HIPO (High Potential) Project Team working in crossfunctional teams on companywide cost savings projects. Served as Team Leader on SKU Evaluation
Project. Also member of WMS and Draft Quality Seal teams.
