Program Managed a financial and data review, interfacing with business owners of
many functional areas including Finance, Billing, Customer Service, Legal & Regulatory,
Networking, Line Cost, Carrier Relations, Collections, Sales, and IT. Driven by Senior
Management, program goals were to perform Revenue Recovery across all product
lines, and implement process corrections for revenue leakage for private
telecommunications company in Ohio.

AT&T (Architecture and Engineering Dept. via ASAP)

Led program to implement the Rational Tool Suite at AT&T, replacing all requirements
management, test management, agile project management systems. Phase 1
successfully completed under budget, with tools implemented and fully functioning in
lab environment. Led six Agile Scrum teams of 50+ people, 100+ stakeholders and
expected user base of over 100,000.
Led Agile teams working to overlay ATT business process into Rational, with xref to
screens, databases, and architecture of Rational. New scripts and configurations
implemented by each of the six teams.
Projects included new infrastructure project with 22 new servers, including cloud-based

projects, systems, testing, and change management in a multi-functional role for webbased Java and Oracle ecommerce systems using Agile Scrum methodologies. Role
also included infrastructure management and desktop support.
