Managed projects for non-profit mortgage foreclosure company NCST, working with
HUD, banks, and non-profits to help stabilize the foreclosure collapse. Managed
projects, systems, testing, and change management in a multi-functional role for webbased Java and Oracle ecommerce systems using Agile Scrum methodologies. Role
also included infrastructure management and desktop support.
Technologies used include Oracle DB, J2EE, HTML, XML, and MSAccess.
Systems honored as laureate finalist in the 2013 Computerworld Honors Program in
Economic Development.

Revenue cited as main factor in Comcast acquisition. Wrote SOWs, performed contract

million managing 30 persons, matrixing with over 250 personnel. Managed all aspects
of the portfolio, including financials, personnel, project planning and tracking, customer
interface, and software development, cradle to grave. Program was multi-tiered and
included Marketing, Operations, and Finance. $16M of recovery was annual recurring
revenue.
Designed and managed all data-mining and data-mapping, resulting in development of
custom revenue recovery software. Managed analysis, design, testing, QA, doc, and
training using SDLC.
Activities included creation of project proposals, SOWs, business analysis,
determination of resource and budgetary requirements, specifying and implementing
solutions for system development, process improvement, and training.
Technologies used include Martin billing system, ConnectVu, JD Edwards, MSAccess,
SQL, proprietary provisioning systems.
