In view of the above reference, please be informed that Be informed that on or

about 3:00 PM of February 11, 2015, elements of this office led by PSI HUGO
RIO UY IPONG in a joint operation with Police Station 5, MCPO, implemented
PDEA7 Coordination Form with Control No. 0215-00124 dated February 11,
2015 purposely to conduct buy-bust/entrapment operation against a certain
GIBSON at Sitio Kalubihan I, Brgy. Umapad, Mandaue City. The
entrapment/buy bust operations resulted to the immediate arrest of the
subject now fully identified as Gibson Alilin y Baclohan, 20 years old,
single, jobless, a resident of Sitio Kalubihan I, Brgy. Umapad, Mandaue City,
after the suspect was caught in the act in selling illegal drug known as shabu
to the police poser buyer that resulted to the confiscation of one (1) piece of
heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance
of suspected shabu (subject of sale) and the recovery of the buy bust money
and a pink plastic container where the suspected shabu was placed.
However, suspect during the arrest persistently resisted which prompted the
operating elements to use necessary force to restraint the suspect. Moreover,
cohort of the suspect identified later as Edgar Alilin, of legal age, also a
resident of above place was able to elude arrest by firing a gun directly to the
operating team as cover for his escape. Hot pursuit operation conducted lead
to the recovery of the firearm known as one (1) pc. caliber .22 magnum
revolver, Sturm Ruger, Made in USA, without serial number and loaded with
three (3) pieces live ammunitions and three (3) pieces empty shells of .22 cal.
revolver, which the fleeing suspect toss during his escape. Arrested suspect
was brought to this office together with the confiscated pieces of evidence for
proper and legal disposition. Arrested suspect is now temporarily detained at
Police Station 2 pending filing of appropriate charges in court..
2 In view of the above reference, please be informed that on or about
5;00 oclock in the afernoon of February 16, 2015 a case for Violation of Sec. 5 article II
of Republic Act 9165,against arrested suspect Gibson Alilin y Baclohan a.k.a
GIBSON was filed at the Office of City Prosecutor, Mandaue City with IS# VII-13INQ-15B-124 and Edgar Alilin (atlarge) for violation of RA 10591 and Direct Assault
(TAPA) with IS# VII-13-INQ-15B-119 under the jurisdiction of the Duty Inquest
Prosecutor Assistant City Prosecutor Wilfredo S. Pangandoyon.
