This is a classical Viet Namese comfort food dish. By sauté fresh ginger, lemongrass, garlic, onion with chicken, or beef, or

This is another classical Viet Namese comfort food dish. Slowly-caramelized catfish in a brown black pepper sauce. Served

pasta, or risotto*, or potato** and fresh salad. Fresh salmon are flown in on Friday and Sat only. Salmon can be requested
for special event with 4 hours reservation. $14.75
Grilled Halibut (Friday & Saturday Only)
Fresh Pacific Halibut is marinated and grilled. Topped with orange mango coconut sauce and served with side of the day
(Jasmine rice, pasta, risotto*, or potato**) and fresh salad. Flown in on Friday and Saturday only. Halibut can be requested
for special event with 4 hours reservation. $16.75
*We are on a quest to create new risotto flavor dish each time risotto are made.
** Potato can be twice bake or similar version of it, same quest as the risotto.

Bourbon Honey Mustard Slow-Roasted Pork (Friday & Saturday Only) $10.75
Pork is infuses with fresh garlic and herbs, then marinate for 24 hours and slow roasted to perfection, severed bourbon honey mustard
