LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, Rover Itchon Diompoc, of legal age, married to Erika Jean D. Diompoc, a native of
Philippines, having been born on the 20th day of August, 1988, now actually residing at Block 14
Lot 35 Phase 4, Chopin St. North Olympus Subdivision Brgy. Kaligayahan Novaliches, Quezon
City, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence,
violence, fraud, or intimidation of whatever kind, do by these presents declare this to my Last
Will and Testament which I have caused to be written in English, the language which is known to
me. And I hereby declare that:
1. I desire that my remains be cremated according to the rites of the Roman
Catholic Church and with dignity suitable to my circumstances; that a
portion of my ashes be turned to diamonds and be given to my wife, son
and daughter;
2. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Erika Jean D. Diompoc, my
shares in the company, The Boss Honey; Two Parcels of land located at
Barangay Damayan Lagi, Quezon City; My Hardware Store located at
Batasan Hills, Quezon City;
3. I give and bequeath to my two children, Eiric D. Diompoc and Rave D.
Diompoc, all my other properties, real and personal, whatsoever and
wheresoever located in equal shares;
4. I give and bequeath to my Parents, Sixto D. Diompoc and Veronica I.
Diompoc, My rest house located at La Trinidad Benguet; My Rolex
Submariner and Rolex Daytona Rose Gold, respectively;
5. I give and bequeath to my Brother, Sixto Jr. I. Diompoc, my Shelby
GT500;
6. I give and bequeath to my Brother, Menandro Jose I. Diompoc, my
Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4;
7. I give and bequeath to my Brother, Jose Antonio I. Diompoc, my Ferrari
F12 Berlinetta;
8. I give and bequeath to my Sister, Rowena Maxilinda I. Diompoc, 2002
MINI Cooper;
9. I give and bequeath to my Loyal Butler, Armen T. Magbitang, My
Computer Shop named Tara at maglaro Internet Caf located at Padre
Faura, Manila;
10. I designate Kyle Mico D. Pamplona, as the sole executor and administrator
of this Last Will and Testament, and in his incapacity, I name and designate
Heleina Beronika D. Pamlona as his substitute.
11. I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will and
Testament or her substitute need not present any bond;
12. I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all of my other will or
testamentary dispositions that I have made, executed, signed or published
preceding this Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 29th day of August, 2006, in
