How to be an Official Sponsor of the

Phoenix United Award Ceremony 2010 - 28 May 2010

Phoenix United Football Club will be holding their 8th Annual Award Ceremony at The
New Bingley Hall in association with West Bromwich Albion Football Club and our
other community partners.

This celebrated event will acknowledge the hard work of all the football players in
Phoenix United throughout the season.

We are confident your company/organisation will benefit from the networking

opportunity and the potential synergy that this event may generate; including the use
of publicity material and special mention in the event’s brochure, as well as
opportunities to present an award to the deserving.

Full details of the three levels of sponsorship can be found on the attached form. To
secure your sponsorship, we anticipate receiving your completed form and
remittance no later than May 04 2010.
