Narrative Report

My first duty was on the May Graduation this year 2015. We are positioned at the
entrance of the school auditorium. We guided the families and friends of the graduates
to their seats. I was also assigned to roam around and collect the money offerings
during the baccalaureate mass. During the ceremony after the mass, all of us girls on
duty were assigned to guide the graduates before they step onto the stage to receive
their diplomas. We helped them fix their toga and guided them when to proceed to the
stage.
Second duty was during the orientation of the freshmen and transferees. The
CRC member on duty was there to assist every students and their parents as to where
they are assigned to. I was assigned at the school auditorium where the orientation for
the freshmens and transferees parents and guardians were held. We welcomed the
parents and guardians happily and guided them where to sit after they registered
outside the auditorium before they came in.
Third duty was on the talents night of the Search for Mr. & Ms. AOG during the
Accountancy Days. We were positioned on the entrance doors hours before the start of
the event. We assisted the guests, friends and families of the contestants, and the
judges of the events. Some of us on duty was also assigned to assist in giving the
awards, gifts, and certificates to the judges.
Fourth duty was on the pageant night of the Search for Mr. & Ms. SPSBL at the
Leyte Academic Center during the intramurals week. All of the CRC members were
there to help during the pageant. Each of us were given posts and tasks to perform. The
area were the seats for the audience are located were divided in two. One for those that
has a higher value of the ticket and the other for the lower value. I, together with some
of the other members of the CRC, were assigned to assist the audiences with the higher
value of the ticket. We guided them where to sit and let them to occupy the vacant sits
in front of them so that the vacant seats left at the back will be easily occupied by those
audiences coming after them. Before the announcement of the winners of the pageant,

all of us on duty formed a barricade at the back of the judges to prevent the audiences
and supporters of the winners to be hastily approach the stage that might create a slight
disorder on the stage. And after that, we also helped to assist the guest judges and host
to securely exit the place.
Fifth duty was on the seminar of the school registrars of different schools in the
region. I was assigned near the girls comfort room, before the entrance to the school
building. I guided the visiting school registrars to the next CRC member who also did
the same until the guest arrived at the venue of their seminar.
Sixth duty was on the Senior High Heyday. A lot of high school students with their
teachers from different schools in the region visited the school to participate in the
opening of the school to senior high school. Different activities and attractions were
offered to them. I was assigned at the school auditorium where the orientation and
games were held to cheer the visitors up. I welcomed and assisted the visiting students
and teachers to their sits and answered their inquiries and guided them where the
comfort rooms are.
