procedure teacher begins class by
projecting pictures of various
communication medias viz telephone,
mobile, post cards, letters etc in power
point presentation. Teacher asked the

related to communication. It is a face to

face conversation between a boss and


his employee related to his frequent
absenteeism. Following questions were
asked after the clipping;

conversation ?
Activity 2: [Group Discussion]
The entire class is divided into six
groups and is provided a question
through powerpoint presentation;
Identify some factors that
you feel are most essential
for a communication to
happen ?

After group discussion, group leader will

have to present their opinions & views


then teacher summarizes the factors
thereby leading the students to the
elements of communication.
