Recommendations
According to our perception NetSol, Inc. should follow the following Recommendations.

misunderstanding and communication gap and more personal
relationship would develop because employees from different

balance to developers so that neither they are demotivated nor they
tire from work at the end of the projects.
3. NetSol. Inc. should employ the resources according to job
specifications matching their job descriptions. This will reduce
turnover.
4. It is the duty of marketing department to deal with the clients about
the estimated duration for software development and after
negotiation, they both set the deadline. In this process, a consultation
service will consult on realistic deadlines with development team

also be in NetSol, Inc. Pakistan so that challenges regarding the
demands of employees would be handled.
