theres this friend of Jiyeons, suffering from something exhausting. She said she was really
hurt and Jiyeon will definitely go stay with her/him if she was in korea that time but she was in
Japan so she cant be there with her friend. Jiyeons really sorry that she wasnt able to sleep

On april 2011, Jiyeon throws the opening pitch for the LG Twins in their home game against
the visiting Samsung Lions on April 14th at the Jamsil Baseball Stadium.

Jiyeon explained during her middle school years, she decided to quietly run away from her
home. However, 30 minutes after leaving home she received a call from her parents about her
brother. Her brother tried to run away at the same time. Jiyeon, surprised and unaware her
brother was going to run away from home, joined with her parents immediately to help find her
brother.
In 2011 she was ranked on MBC's Weekly Idol as the 'best-looking idol in real life' by fellow
idols among 88 random idols. Jiyeon used a cute buyingbuying to show her thanks to
Infinites Woohyun, one of the idols who was revealed to have voted for her.
Consequently on 2012, she was awarded as the MBC Weekly Idol - Best-Looking Idol. She
was praised for her versatile face and glowing character.

Another poll on 2012, a plastic surgery clinic announced that the results of their survey, titled
The Prettiest Girl Group Member with the Best Face Line, showed that Jiyeon was voted to
be the #1 beauty with the most ideal face shape.
The survey was conducted from January 30th to February 29th in the streets of Myeongdong
and Apgujeong, where 486 men and women in their 20s and 30s were asked to vote for the girl
group member with the prettiest, most ideal face shape. Jiyeon took first place with a total of
210 votes (43.2%).

Her childhood dream was to become a Taekwondo Master

Jiyeon thinks she has 'too much aegyo-sal'' (fat below her eyes).

Through Twitter, T-aras Jiyeon apologized for her broadcast mistake during MBCs Music
Core.
On June 25th, Jiyeon tweeted, There was a sound mistake during Music Core, Im really
sorry. She added, The mic turned on while I was practicing my next lines. I will be more
careful next time.

Jiyeon's cameo on Miss Ripley catches attention and left a strong impression on the viewers
with her acting as a homosexual. She earned praise for her acting especially for her skilled
Japanese skills.

On January 6 2012, a few pictures of T-aras Jiyeon, under the caption, Jiyeon greets fans
even when she just woke up, has surfaced on the internet through an online community
website.
The pictures show her sleepy and tired eyes, which are still half-closed, and her exhausted
facial expression. However, she does not neglect her fans and waves at them, even when she
is barely able to keep her eyes open.

- When she was asked if she has other idol members shes close with. She answered,

There's Lee Joon. We met during 'Jungle Fish 2' and we met again this time for 'Gnomeo and
Juliet' as lovers of the century. (laughs) We also picked each other as each other's closest idol
member on a variety program. To be honest, there aren't many people I'm close with in the
entertainment world. People say my first impression appears to be cold.

When asked about What kind of personality she was most comfortable with when it comes to
acting. She answered, To be honest, I have strong emotions. I match well with cheerful acting
when my cheerful self appears. But I also like showing cold sides as well. I think I go back and
forth. (laughs)

During T-ARA's fan autograph session on May 26,2012. While all the members were
separately signing autographs, Jiyeon's father suddenly showed up, and Jiyeon could not hid

IU gave Jiyeon a matching backpack for Jiyeons birthday.

Jiyeon spoke of how members subconsciously compete for popularity. She then explained an
incident with her brother that upset her. Apparently, her brother had a birthday cake delivered
to Hyomin on her birthday when he didn't even remember Jiyeon's birthday that year.

Jiyeon's fans provided the cast and crew of Dream High 2 with a "meal bus.

Among all their past concepts, Jiyeon didn't like the 'Native American' concept the most
because they had to paint their faces with face paint.

To prepare for their upcoming horror films, Jiyeon, Eunjung, and Hyomin visited a deserted
home in Paju that was rumored to be haunted. Jiyeon was the one who suggested the idea
and commented, Theres definitely something eerie about the film set of horror movies. You
have to overcome your fear no matter what. If you visit places like this before you begin
filming, it will really help out a lot for your filming.

the Gnomeo and Juliet Press Conference, she responded, 'Usually I wear black colored
clothes. I don't think bright colored clothes suit me", while giving a shy smile. Lee Joon, who
was seated next to her joked "taking things off suits me well', Jiyeon let out a big laugh,
reverting back to a young girl, and not as the girl group member full of responsibility.

Jiyeon had always been branded as the little Kim Taehee, like Oh Jiyeon looks like Kim tae
hee! But on one CF of Kim Tae Hee. It looked the other way around. Kim Tae Hee was told that
she looked like Jiyeon. The screenshots were from a CF of Kim Tae Hee for a cosmetics
product where from bare face she slowly transforms with the makeup, with her striking eye
makeup she almost looks similar to Jiyeon.

Super Junior's Eunhyuk, 2PM's Nickhun, ZE:A's Siwan, MBLAQ's Joon, CN BLUE's Yonghwa
and BEAST's Doojoon all confirmed their guest spot for "Running Man". T-ara's Jiyeon will
make an appearance as the only female idol group member and will show off her charms.The
concept will be about the London 2012 Olympic Games. A broadcaster said to Star News,
"Amongst fans, early rumors began circulating about if some members would be appearing.
The most popular idol group members at the center of the Hallyu Wave will appear and there
are a lot of expectations for the episode." But then Jiyeon couldnt attend for some personal
reasons that Eunjung replaced her instead.

Idealtype:

Male duo December's Daekyu picked Jiyeon as his ideal girl type. When he was asked for his
ideal girl type, he said "Yoon Hyuk and I have both liked T-ARA's Jiyeon for a long time."

U-kiss Hoon says his ideal type is Jiyeon. He says he likes cute girls like her and says her
voice as a lot of emotion when she sings.

Yoon Shi Yoon, everytime attending interviews, he always says Jiyeon if asked about the idol
whom he liked the most. Thus, admitting in a strong heart episode that Jiyeon is his ideal type
of girl.

On an episode in We got married, T-ara Visited WooJung Cp for their Housewarming Party. As
soon as Jangwoo(Eunjungs virtual husband) seen Jiyeon on their Houses receiver, he was
star-struck at her beauty that he couldnt help but exclaim his compliment over her stunning
beauty. When he was asked by T-ara about the type of girls he likes, he said girls that dance
well. But later, when he was asked again, he said his ideal type was Kim tae hee. Now
everyone, concluded that little Kim Tae Hee was no other than Park Jiyeon. Jiyeon felt really
embarrassed that time.

Jiyeons Ideal guy before was Yoo Seungho but after seeing his manly-side crashed right
before her eyes, her ideal guy crashed as well. Jiyeon says Lee Chun Hee, a man who is
already married, is her ideal type now. While Cheonhee revealed his gratitude for being her
ideal type. Lee Cheonhee said, "I am happy and thankful for Jiyeon choosing me. I didn't
expect a popular girl group idol to have me as their ideal type."
"Jiyeon also has qualities of my ideal type," Lee Cheonhee revealed, "She works really hard as
an entertainer, which is true to my ideal type.

On the year 2012, on an online community board, a topic entitled "A Writer's Ambitious
Subtitles" became a hot topic.

On the photo captions shared at the community board, the writer added some sentences
before a seemingly start of a movie. At first, the subtitles say the writer's message "I am
leaving it to you so as my mail address" which created laughter when he even posted his
address.

On the long run, as the movie still rolls for the opening he added "I do not know what to write
but I still feel that I have to write something," he continued, "You will love the movie when it
starts but before it will I would like to say, We can not love by knowing alone.. T-ara Jiyeon I
love you...."

Jang Dong-hyuk was the MC for T-aras commemorative fanmeeting for the inauguration of
their official fanclub QUEENS held on 14 July,2012, where he said, I uploaded a photo that I
took with T-ara in the waiting room on my Facebook page and Eric left a message telling me to
tell Jiyeon that hes a fan of hers.

To that, Jiyeon replied, Uncle Eric, please show lots of love to T-ara, and keep watching out
for and support our activities. Thank you.
Jang Dong-hyuk then tried to prompt Jiyeon to say one of Erics famous lines from the drama
Phoenix, Eric-oppa, because of you my heart is burning, but Jiyeon deflected the request
and in a show of love for her fans, said that she had to get permission from QUEENS before
she could do that.

Lee Joon of Mblaq was asked who his ideal type was and he answered with "a kind person".
Persistent with his answer, he gave a silly reply "I'll just go with Jiyeon", also answering that the
prettiest girl group member was Jiyeon. Knowing this, Jiyeon commented, I took care of oppa
a lot. When filming 'Jungle Fish 2', I even let him borrow my gloves and I found out he just took

Her Mishaps:
-

T-ara was filming the music video for their upcoming repackaged albums title track I go crazy
because of you and in the process, member Jiyeon injured her knee.
During the filming, Jiyeon fell on the cement floor after getting caught up with the member in
front of her. She seemed fine but couldnt move and was taken to the hospital afterwords for an
x-ray.
Jiyeon wasnt injured too badly but the hospital said that shell need at least 3~4 days of full
rest. But because of her obligations to her drama God of Study, she received an anesthetic
and quickly wrapped up the music video shoot and proceeded to the dramas film set.

During the August 19, 2011 rehearsal taping of KBS Music Bank for their final stage
performance of promoting Roly Poly, Ji-yeon pulled a right knee ligament and was rushed to
the hospital for further treatment.
Jiyeon was at the hospital before the pre-recording and was on a strong painkiller medicine.
She was compelled to go to the recording with a cast on her knee, even though she knew she
would experience pain, and then immediately back to the hospital after recording. She had a
cast on for a few days and attended even MBCs 3rd Idol Star Athletic Championships but is
relaxing mainly, and trying to keep watch on the progress. The pain is so severe for Jiyeon that
she had no longer been able to participate in the 4~5 Chuseok programs that she was planning
to take part in.

Last January 2012, Jiyeon has collapsed during their rehearsal and was brought to a nearby
hospital for treatment due to exhaustion. She couldn't appear on the joint stage with Davichi,
but Jiyeon was able to perform "Cry Cry" with the members.

The representative added, "Jiyeon didnt feel very well but she insisted to perform. However,
Hyomin was worried about her and she kept an eye on Jiyeon on the stage."

Last July 2012, Jiyeon has apparently injured her nose and wasn't be able to participate for
the recording of their "Don't Leave" comeback stage. Here's what she has shared on her
Korean fansite.

"I think I always injure myself seriously... right before a comeback..
