Dear Maam:
Praised be Jesus and Mary!
This is the report of performance of your students in the recently concluded INTENSIVE
LET REVIEW for General Education and Professional Education from June 29 to August 30,
2013.
The students were given exam drills per subject every after the lecture which was
divided into four sets good for two days (i.e. 2 sets per day: set 1 for morning session
and set 2 for afternoon session). The said exam was given as an evaluation to assess the
amount of information retained and gained by the students after the lecture period.
Based from the report, we have set the passing rate of our exam at 60% contrary to PRC
standards which is set at 75% to consider the adjustment phase the students have to go
through. However, we are going to raise the passing rate to 75% for their PRE-BOARD
EXAMINATION during Final Coaching. We are hoping for better results once the review
starts which will be on Sept 14 22.

Failed: 60% below
Basing on our statistics, those who have consistently high scores, i.e. above 60%, have
higher chances of passing the board exam. From our standpoint, those who got a grade
of 60% and above are recommended to take the LET this September 29, 2013. However,
we consider these results as partial since PRE-BOARD EXAMINATIONS are not yet taken.
With proper guidance, coaching and training, we will be expecting to see all scores at
75% or above. Those who failed are students who suddenly stopped from the review
without formal notice given to the center. We have been trying to communicate to these
students through the contact numbers they filled in the enrollment form and through
their friends or classmates but we havent received positive feedback on their
attendance for the review.
More so, I will be personally sending you reports of the performance of your students
every now and then as part of our ongoing commitment to help you in your goal of
producing quality teachers. With Gods help, we will be able to achieve what we have
been aiming for. We are hoping that we will continue build partnership in helping your
students to grab their license and become a PROFESSIONAL TEACHER.
Thank You and More Power!
Very Truly Yours,
KEN ABRAHAM E. SALUTA, LT, MSciEd-Math (CAR)
SLRC Iligan LET Review Coordinator
