Waiver has been submitted to permit the discharge of Exit Staircase S3 through the
covered circulation at ground level of the MSCP. The Waiver Decision shall be
forwarded once available.
The dead space under staircase has been sealed off. Refer to photo below.

1. There is no code requirement for breeching inlet to be located at area open to sky.
The Breeching Inlet is within sight and within 18m of the Fire Engine Access Road.
FSSD confirmed the location of Breeching Inlet is complaint.
2. The DR Piping is labeled as indicated in the below photo.
The 1.5 m wall had been installed at the discharge point. Refer to photo below.
