I am pursuing a Technical Manager position in a project development, design, and construction environment. I am
professionally experienced with field and office engineering in the management of Engineering and Construction projects.
My experience includes chemical facilities (refineries and storage terminals), major industrial plant construction to
multiple (intra-state) projects including, piping, mechanical work, railroad inspections and maintenance, HVAC, civil
remediation, building construction, and storage tanks.

Chevron Richmond Refinery (Contract) - Richmond, CA - Project Manager 2006 – 2010
Created request for expenditures for project funding from initial request to construction completion. Managed complex
construction and project documents development such as P&ID’s, flow diagrams, isometrics, demolition, and erection
drawings. Managed mechanical integrity projects from equipment selection to commissioning, including preventative
maintenance recommendations. Managed project development of facilities modifications including demolition and new
construction. Managed process engineering reviews to confirm project quality and process efficiencies. Review
equipment and resource requirements to safely and efficiently perform the scheduled tasks. Inspected work quality as
completed by the various project contractors. To support construction, I managed procurement activities from specifying
