professionally experienced with field and office engineering in the management of Engineering and Construction projects.
My experience includes chemical facilities (refineries and storage terminals), major industrial plant construction to
multiple (intra-state) projects including, piping, mechanical work, railroad inspections and maintenance, HVAC, civil

Chevron Richmond Refinery (Contract) - Richmond, CA - Project Manager 2006 – 2010
Created request for expenditures for project funding from initial request to construction completion. Managed complex
construction and project documents development such as P&ID’s, flow diagrams, isometrics, demolition, and erection
drawings. Managed mechanical integrity projects from equipment selection to commissioning, including preventative
maintenance recommendations. Managed project development of facilities modifications including demolition and new
construction. Managed process engineering reviews to confirm project quality and process efficiencies. Review

industries. Develop competitive bids for submittal as the project specifications required. Work includes civil development,
underground utilities (trenching and boring), structural, concrete, and electrical coordination, instrumentation and controls
integration, including condensers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, insulated piping, pumps, etc. Cost tracking for the
projects, develop change orders if required for submittal. Project construction inspections as required including safety
reviews in the field. Managed RFI’s, RFQ’s, Change Orders, redlining drawings and documents, etc., typical to

Managed engineering and facilities projects related to the production of hazardous chemicals in multiple states. Chemicals
included Ammonia, Sulfuric Acid, Nitric Acid, Urea, Ammonium Nitrate, Sulfur, Urea Ammonium Nitrate, Hydrogen,
and Fossil Fuels. Developed project scope of work including schedules for demolition and new construction then
submitted to management for project approval. Managed the internal UNOCAL CAD department, maintained quality
