Skills and knowledge are the driving forces of economic growth and social development for any
country. The majority of the youth coming out from the colleges and educational institutions are
educated, but lack the skills that make them readily employable. To overcome these hurdles, our
talent pool needs to be adequately skilled by imparting sector specific skill training and by providing
access to companies/institutions for practical training.
Shri Technologies acknowledges the critical importance of skill development both as a crucial
engine of economic growth and as a solution for unemployment. Coordinated and concerted efforts
are needed for reaping the benefits of various skill development initiatives. Shri Technologies made
these objectives as its Mission and driving its force towards implementing Skill Development
Programs.

Skill building- Shri attempt

Shri Technologies has so far trained 30800 youth in
Banking & Finance, IT-ITES, Health Care, Retail,
Hospitality, Automotive, A/C and Refrigeration and
Textiles Sectors.
We offers employability programmes to the youth who
have completed their SSC & above and provide training in
the courses they have chosen. In addition to this, we teach
them on attitude at work place and make them industry
ready with soft skills. Below are the locations where we
have established centers for training. We are having 421
training centres PAN India. We have our presence in
Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Uttar
Pradesh, Odisha, Kerala, Maharashtra, Delhi,
Rajasthan, Karnataka, Kerala & Goa.
