    3 Hand out one worksheet to each group of four,


    with the worksheet divided where indicated.
    Give students five minutes to study the
    drawings. Students A and B prepare to present
    websites A and B to students C and D.
    Students C and D prepare to present websites
    C and D to students A and B. Monitor the
    students, helping with vocabulary as necessary.

    2 Elicit brief feedback and encourage a whole


    class discussion. Use this discussion to preteach the following vocabulary to describe
    website appearance:
    busy, cluttered, clear, difficult to read,
    colorful, dull, interesting, boring, visually
    attractive, text-based, picture-based and
    confusing.
    You may like to have students use dictionaries
    to check any words they are unsure of.
