Abstract
Natural chromogenic material s are cheap and easily accessible. Elements of their extraction can bind
with natural yarn and they cause brilliance and stabilization in color . Different parts of plants such
an stalk , leaf, root and fruit are used in traditional dyeing industry in Iran.
Mango are easily used in dyeing operation and they developed over 40 tonalities on wool and silk
fibers.
Through different stages of in vitro dyeing operation , the important factors of Mango are brilliance
and transparency of color, development of softness and delicacy in wool after herbal dyeing.
Key words: wool fibers, chromogenic ,tonalities, brilliance, stabilization

Introduction
There are a lot of chromogenic materials in nature and they have been used in different fields from many
years ago .Experience plays an important role in traditional dyeing by these resources.
Mango a tropical fruit ,grows under the direct sunlight so it has a lot of tannin and different organic acids
such as citric acid, Benzoic acid and etc. there are about 1545 tannin content obtained colors from Mango
in combination with other herbal resources Sumac and Anemone , Madder , Saffron and Hibiscus.

Experimental
Mango has ability to create different color of varieties, yellow _Orange Orange_ Red Red_ violet
and Green light.
Several of sulfate , aluminum sulfate , copper and ferric sulfate are the most important alum, that are used in
dyeing.

Results and discussion

Significant results were achieved by combination of mentioned plants with Mango.
For example Sumac and Aluminum sulfate creates Red color and positive result and Hibiscus tea with
Aluminum sulfate creates Violet and Purple .the other plants , Madder , Saffron and Anemone with other
sulfate obtained good colors in combination with Mango.

Conclusions
Mango has all the desirable properties , one top of it is high absorption in to the fibers. Because have a high
tannin. With material contains tannin are produce good results.
Even plants that have poor stability, Mango has a positive impact on them. Significant point is the produce
of various colors .
High absorption stability , brilliance and color intensity are important features of Mango.
Tannin and different organic acids are important factor for stabilization of obtained colors from this fruit.
