Main Aims:-

Objectives :-

• Two, one-year courses in Population Science from United Nations sponsored International
Institute for Population Sciences, Deonar, and Mumbai, India.
• M Sc. in Statistics from Patna University.
• Done several Training packages in Office Automation, MIS, Computer Application Software
Packages and computer Languages etc in India, Saudi Arabia and USA.

More than 35 years experience in the field of Information Management {IT}, Computing, and
Statistical Demographic analysis including participation in Population Project and Health and Family
Planning Studies & MIS projects. I have worked on various computer platforms stating from
Mainframe to PC, LAN, Win98, Windows XP, & Linux Red Hat environment. I have worked on
most of Computer Applications packages Includes Webpage designing, Graphic Packages, Win-
Project, Harvard Graphic and AutoCAD. I have developed several Software packages using
Different DBMS & RDBMS Programming Languages etc.

April 1999 to March 2000: Full Time Consultant for the Family Welfare
Department, UP Government, Lucknow
I was Full time Consultant of Monitoring, Evaluation and Statistical Analysis for RCH Project in the
Directorate of Family Welfare of UP Government under World Bank Project.
Some of the major assignments carried out in the RCH unit during my tenure of RCH project are:
• Developed Several formats for collection, compilation and computerized tabulation plans of
financial and physical progress of different RCH Interventions for Sub-center, PHCs, districts
and State levels
• Monitored interventions of RCH programme by district wise performance.
• Training provided to the workers of Sub-Centers, PHCs and Districts levels for the data
collection, Statistical Analysis and process of computerization of information /data of RCH
Works.
• An Evaluation analysis of CNAA manual has made as per advice of DG of Family Welfare
Department of UP government in year 1999-2000 and sent to GOI for suggestion.
• Developed Indicators for Maternal Health, Child Immunization, Family Welfare methods users
for the data Analysis collected under CNAA programmed from Sub-Center Level to State Level
on prescribed formats.

• Monitored RCH projects interventions by visiting several districts, Primary Health Centers and
Sub-Centers and suggestion made for correction and improvement of RCH programmed at each
level.
• A detailed review of each field visit forwarded to CMO of concerned district with suggestions for
improvement and concrete action.
• To designed questionnaires for the FRUs implementation work.
• Training Provided to ANMs, Computers & Statistical Assistants for maintenance of records,
registers, cards and filling of different forms.
• Special Training for Urban Projects of Raibareli and Firozabad Health posts ANMs for
maintenance of registers and records and specially designed format for collection of information.

organized several Corporate Training programmes for Jal Nigam’ Engineers Sponsored by UNICEF.

April 1980 to December 1990: Planning Specialist in Ministry of Planning, Kingdom of Saudi

I have worked as Planning Specialist in the Follow-Up & Information Department, Ministry of Planning,
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. Responsibilities included the review, evaluation and analysis of centrally
collected data/information and the Follow-Up of five-year development Plan.
Some of the major assignments carried out during my tenure are:
• I have worked on Office Automation Project: A prototype project to improve the quality of
information /data through usage of microcomputers.
• Management Information System: Monitored and update information for use in the planning process.
• I have developed a Database System on microcomputer to meet the specific operational needs of Follow-
Up- function of the development plans.
• I have worked on prototype project- to improve information management within the Ministry of
Planning.
• Participated in the assessment of the input and effectiveness of programs of the five-year development
Plan to determine the extent to which program are successful in achieving objectives.
• Worked for the designing Hospital Evaluation Survey Format/Wrote a report entitled “Reviewing Health
Sector Development in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”.
• Continuously monitoring Cost of Living Index, Wholesale Price index report prepared by the Central
Department of Statistics, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Designed and implemented Management Information and Evaluation System for Health and Family

effectively providing feedback.

linkage in six project districts.
• I have conducted a survey to assess effectiveness of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife in delivery MCH services.
• Designed and conducted a survey to find out managerial factors responsible for performance of rural
health centers.
• I have conducted various independent research studies.

• Supervising a project on Community Health Survey for 0.1 million population of rural as
well as urban areas to assess changes in vital events and to maintain records for health
