OBE SYLLABUS IN HUMAN BEHAVIOR AND ORGANIZATION


Program: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

order to produce business professionals and practitioners who are competitive and responsive to the demand of the business industry as such, it strives.
Program Objectives:
1. The graduates of BSBA program should be able to:
1. Develop quality business administration graduates who are competent professionals and practitioners in the business world.

2. Establish and maintain a plan of action to equip the students with knowledge and skills on the different areas of financial management
3. Develop well rounded students and thus expose them to different extra curricular activities that would aid their physical, emotional and spiritual growth and
development
4. Be involved in related activities in and out of the college to enrich their learning experiences
5. Maintain research based procedures for the implementation of appropriate and high standard teaching learning practices to ensure the production of quality and
competitive graduates.

Program Outcomes:
1. Convey ideas clearly both oral and written in English
2. Prepare analyze, evaluate reports, proposal and concept papers
3. Demonstrate the values of fairness, transparency, accountability, hard work, honesty, patience, diligence, innovativeness and risk taking
4. Apply the principles of the different forms of communication
5. Develop the ability to access, retrieve and disseminate informations using IT

7. Understand the concept and principles of good interpersonal relation
