2015 ANNUAL REPORT AND GIFT CATALOG

As we look back at 2015 and ahead to 2016, there is one thing we know.
Gods Word says I am the LORD, and I do not change. That is why you descendants of Jacob are not already destroyed. Malachi 3:6
Second, we shall continue to COMFORT the
afflicted by taking care of those who are hurting
physically, emotionally and spiritually. That is
what the C in PCM shall represent.
The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because
the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to
the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the
brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives
and freedom to prisoners. Isaiah 61:1

He is our Rock and our salvation. He never

changes, but He calls us to change all the time so
we can move with Him. PCM is less than a decade
old, and we know He is moving us to a new level.
We are changing our PCM motto to better
reflect the way we minister.
Through Him we have also obtained access by
faith into this grace in which we stand, and we
rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:2
Our first priority should and always will be to
PROCLAIM His Glory. That is what we shall DO
first from now on. That is what the P in PCM
shall represent. Gods Word says,
With Jesus help we will continually offer our
sacrifice of praise to God by telling others of the
glory of His name. Hebrews 13:15

Finally, the M in PCM will now stand for

MULTIPLY. He has called us to grow His
Kingdom in so many ways. We want to be
obedient and multiply the gifts He has
provided. Furthermore, we want Him to
multiply many disciples for His Glory.

Let us all go and Proclaim, Comfort

and Multiply.

I will surely bless you and I will surely

multiply you. Hebrews 6:14

PROCLAIM - Psalm 96:2-3 Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.
Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.
Churches, Conferences, Crusades
Reaching thousands of Ugandans with
the Gospel
In Uganda there will always be Sunday
morning celebration. It will be the highlight
of the week and will leave your heart full
so that you can be poured out throughout
the rest of the week. Whether youre
worshiping in one of our 70+ churches or
in a local prison where a PCM pastor invests
his time, there will be praising, there will
be crying out to God, and there will be joy.
Sunday morning is just the warm up.
Each day there is an opportunity for sharing
the love of Jesus through door-to-door
evangelism or organizing a conference for
pastors, women, children or marriages.

When Sunday evening arrives and the

sun begins to set, you will hear from
blocks away energizing music and loud
cheers. They are coming from a local
crusade where people from all around
have come for hope, healing, and
salvation.
Our PCM churches are serious about the
Gospel and seeing lives changed. They
are passionate about the message of
Jesus because He has given them life
and life more abundantly!

PROCLAIM

THE WORD OF GOD - Imagine hearing stories about Gods love but never having the opportunity
to read them for yourself.
Imagine listening to pieces of the Gospel but
never getting the full picture.
What we have on our shelves and at our
disposal are priceless treasures that people
desire every day to possess.

It's the Word of God.

This year our eyes have been opened to

how many people have never seen the Word
of God in their own language. They have
listened intently as pastors share stories
and truths, but they have never had the
opportunity to study on their own.
Until you have seen the face of someone
receiving his first Bible, you have not seen
joy in its purest form. Its a reminder that
Gods Word is a love letter to each one
of us, and Hes asking us to deliver it to
His children.

PROCLAIM

GLORY FM - Reaching millions of Ugandans with the gospel

Throughout the years of PCM one phrase continues to
be a reminder of how God has worked.

Do not despise humble beginnings

Who would have thought 10 years ago when Pastor
Emmy and Supermom sold their house and gave all
that they had to share the love of Jesus with some
forgotten children that one day these would be the
same children proclaiming the name of Jesus to
hundreds of thousands of Ugandans!
Glory FM is our newest way to PROCLAIM the Gospel
in Uganda. Operated by some of PCMs original
orphans as well as some wonderful new talent, this
radio station has the purpose of sharing Jesus through
uplifting songs, preaching, and prayer.
Most people in rural Uganda do not have electricity,
but they all have a radio. So whether they are farmers
or shepherds, they will have the chance to tune their
radios to 106.7 and find salvation!

PROCLAIM

PCM CHOIR - Reaching thousands of Americans with the gospel

How do you break down the walls between

a church in Texas, a park in Louisiana, a
public school in Michigan, a governors
office in Ohio, a back yard in Indiana, and
a community center in Illinois? You do it
with the innocence of children who display
the radiance of the joy of the Lord through
singing about hope.
These children brought their own stories
of poverty, loss, and suffering and were able
to connect with people and share about the
compassion of their Savior and the plans
He is revealing in them. We are in awe of
the ways God used this choir and so many
gracious supporters to share hope with
thousands of people in six states.

water off in the shower every minute so that water was not wasted, trying indoor exercise equipment, hearing of the relationship they feel with

much stuff that drains our joy more than fueling it. Aftermath: Our kids asking if we could go

COMFORT - 2 Cor 1:3-4 All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful
Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort
others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.
Kate Clinic
Our staff at the Kate Clinic has been able
to comfort hundreds of patients and
their families this year.
In the past, people in the village of
Kyassenya and surrounding areas did not
have any good option for medical care.
A clinic within 30 miles may seem
close to some of us, but to a suffering
Ugandan with no transportation it was
worthless. With the opening of the Kate
Clinic lives are being saved and hope is
being restored.
No more will they have to suffer in
their homes from treatable diseases or
visit witch doctors for some shred of
false hope. Men, women, and children
are being treated for malaria, typhoid
and other diseases by well qualified,
Jesus loving people. As weve seen how
God is using our Kate Clinic staff, we
are excited to be building staff housing
so that they can live on site instead of
walking several miles to work everyday.

MULTIPLY - Matt 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them
in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
PCM Schools
As we continue to obey, God continues to
MULTIPLY our efforts to raise up disciples
in Uganda. All of our five schools are
thriving, and our secondary school,
Katyazo, is preparing to graduate our
first full class in December 2016.
When each of our primary schools were
started, many children from the village were
given the opportunity to go to school for the
first time. Each year as the students have
progressed, we have added on a
grade. This year Rwemikoma sent its first
students to high school at Katyazo. Soon,
Sanga and Kyassenya will follow, giving
every student the opportunity to go as far
as their faith and ambition will allow.
Our plans to move our Mbarara school to
the land at Katyazo are coming closer to
completion with the finishing touches
being put on the new school. Gone will be
the days of 400 children sharing 4 acres
of land. These students will enjoy the
beautiful 100+ acres at Katyazo and go
to school in respectable classrooms.

MULTIPLY

MULTIPY
Farms and Business

FARMS AND BUSINESS - God has gifted the Ugandan people with some wonderful talents.

Uganda is largely an agricultural society with

99% of people in the village growing their
own food. Whether they have acres of land
or just a small patch by their hut, they will
have corn, bananas, and beans growing for
their family.
One goal of PCM is to help our schools
and pastors become as self-sufficient as
possible. Through generous donors we have
been able to provide cows for 70 pastors
and over 100 acres of land to grow food for
our schools. These gifts will help feed our
people and generate income.
Our newest adventure is going to be building
an Enkoko (Chicken) House on our land at
Katyazo to help provide eggs and chicken for
our children. This house will be more like a
chicken mansion, housing 1,600 chickens!
Partnering with One Egg and Cobb-Vantress,
we hope this will become an excellent source
of protein for our children and income for our
ministry. Please pray for us as this chicken
house becomes a reality in mid 2016.

MULTIPLY

SPONSORSHIP - Correspondence is the key to a thriving sponsorship program at PCM.

When someone sponsors a child, the thirtyfive dollars a month helps to provide the
physical needs of that child along with a top
notch Christian education. The children are so
thankful for this opportunity that was never
available for the generations before them.
However, if there is one thing that will make
them light up the most it is seeing a letter from
their sponsor! These children cherish the relationship they have with their parents across
the ocean, and they pray for their sponsors
every day! If you sponsor a child you can know
that a child is interceding for you from around
the world. There are a thousand children whose
lives have been changed by our sponsors, but
there are also a thousand families here whose
lives have been enriched by their Ugandan
child. Let your child know how much he or she
means to you today. They will cherish your
words and be spurred on to do even more for
the Kingdom!

a healthy, successful start to life as every child

needs. I didnt realize that the contribution would

return such a reward. I was actually gaining
family, friends, prayers, love, encouragement,
treasured letters, and trusted sons and daughters.
I sponsor and continue to sponsor because of the
real, life-long connection I have to my 3 children
in Uganda and ALL of their family and friends.
We need each other and God brought us together
through PCM.

Mark and Stephanie Leonard

My first thought as I looked through the books

of each child that needed to be sponsored was:
Every child deserves the opportunity to grow
up to change his world for Christ. If Mark and I
can share Christ through our love, prayers, and
sponsorship then we have succeeded in helping
him to believe that he can make a difference in
his country. There are NO words to describe the
joy and blessing that we receive through sponsoring Rodger and Stallon!

Lisa Patrick

We love sponsoring with PCM because

of the personal relationships we get
to build with our sponsor children
through frequent letter exchanges. It
is a privilege to be a part of their lives
as they live out Gods plan for them on
the other side of the world.

Dave Dow

My decision to sponsor Treasure was

easy as I met her when I visited Mbarara
last year. One only has to spend a few
moments with one of these children to
know how special they are.

2016 LARGE PROJECTS

Enkoko House $80,000

Rwemikoma School Main Hall $15,000

Our newest project, the Enkoko (Chicken)

House, can be finished in the first quarter
of 2016 with your help! PCM has partnered
with Tyson Chicken and several other people
to build our first ever home for 1,600 birds.
This highly advanced, bio-secure facility will
provide daily protein for our children through
eggs and also provide an income for PCM.

Our Rwemikoma children have had the

opportunity to go to school for six years
now. However, they have never had one
place where they can all congregate except
outside in the dirt. Help us build them a main
hall for school assemblies and chapel.

Omwana House Expansion $20,000

Our Sanga school is in need of one more

3 classroom block to be able to educate all
grades in a good working environment. With
the completion of this block the Sanga school
will be a fully functioning primary school
preparing 300 children for secondary school
or trade school.

In order for us to be able to accept more

babies we need to add on some family
style rooms.

Glory FM Solar Power Supply $45,000

We need your help to fund solar power at our
antenna site so we can save on electricity and
not be reliant on country power. We want to
be able to declare Gods glory 24/7 and have a
power source at the station as well.

Sanga School Classroom Block $30,000

Katyazo School Electric Power $50,000

Beginning in 2016, our Katyazo land will be
the home of two schools, Omwana House,
Enkoko House, and a 20 acre farm. We have
great hopes for these facilities but must
have consistent power to run computer labs,
science labs, washing machines, lighting, etc.
Help us propel these facilities into the next
phase of care and equipping.

So much of our ministry at

PCM is simply sharing how
God is working in Uganda
and how people can be a
part of it. We wish that
everyone could visit our
Ugandan family to see the
joy and hope that we have
learned from them, but the
next best thing is to capture
that joy and hope in images.
We are so thankful for
photographers who see the
ministry in capturing these
images. This magazine
shares our heart in large part
because of Matt Hogan and
Gracie Byrd Jones images.
Thank you for using your
talent for His glory!
