The following amendment are here by also authorized in the Delivery Period mentioned in clause No. 9 of Schedule
A of the subject Rate Contract.
FOR Delivery Period - Against existing entries.
READ:Delivery Period (i) Upto first 10 Nos within 60 days, thereafter, 10 No. per month for item No. 17, 18, 27 & 28.
(ii) Upto first 500 Nos within 60 days, thereafter, 500 No. per month for item No. 31, 35, 42, 46 & 50.
(iii) Upto first 1000 Nos within 60 days, thereafter, 1000 No. per month for item No. 30, 32, 34, 36, 38 & 40.
The following amendment in the specification of the Rate contract is hereby authorized:(a) OEMs can quote the items with processor as per specifications against individual items or quote with equivalent
or higher processor as certified by the OEMs of processors. Details of such migration of processors from the current
ones to the next generation processors as certified by respective OEMs of processors shall be furnished along with
the tender.
(b) Against Intel Core i3 4130, 3.4GHz, Intel Core i3 4130T, 2.9GHz shall also be acceptable and against Intel Core
i5-4570, 3.3 GHz, Intel Core i5-4570S / 4130T, 2.9GHz shall be acceptable.
(c) Webcams wherever specified can be 1 megapixel or higher instead of 1.3 Megapixel specified.
(d) Monitor size from 20" to 19.5" or higher in respect of All-in-one PC with Intel i3 configuration i.e item No. 17 &
18 of the subject tender enquiry
All other terms and conditions of the R/C Shall remain unaltered.

With effect from First October Two thousand eight ( 01-10-2008), all Supply Order(s) against this Rate Contract
must be placed by Direct Demanding Officer(s) on-line through D.G.S.&.D. web site
(www.dgsnd.gov.in) (indentor's page) only. Supply order(s) in any other form placed on or after 01-10-2008
shall not be valid and shall not be acted upon by the contractor or any other concerned agencies.
DDO shall download the Supply order and send an ink signed copy to the concerned paying authority specified
in the Rate Contract through Registered / Speed post
immediately after on-line placement of Supply Order(s).
