How to make inchicapi
Ingredients.
1. 4 tablespoon of corn flour
2. 1 cup of fresh pealed peanuts
3. 1 hen into pieces
4. 3 garlic cloves
5. 1 small onion
6. 4 leaves of local cilantro culantro sacha (chopped)
7. 10 cups of water
8. Salt to taste
Preparation
In 2 cups of water, blend the peanuts with the corn, garlic onion and cilantro.
Boil the water with the pieces of hen.
When the hen is soft, add the mix of peanuts, corn, garlic, onion and cilantro.
Season with salt to taste.
Wait until the hen is completely soft and all the ingredients are cooked.
Serve with some yucca.
