COURSE DESCRIPTION :
This unit identifies the competence required to conduct welding safety briefing to welders before carrying out fabrication activities and
audit welding safety practices by checking related document so that safety precautions and practices related to welding and fabrication is
delivered clearly to the welders and welding safety and procedures is traceable, compliance and non-compliance practices are identified and
revision is recommended whenever necessary
This unit identifies the competence required to monitor use of welding electrodes by identifying, distributing, storing and replenishing
electrodes so that availability of electrodes required for welding is assured at all times.
This unit identifies the competence required to plan outgoing quality control system by developing documentation so that quality control
on finished product can be evaluated.
