1.Eligibility:
Giveaway(theGiveaway)isopenonlytothosewhoopentoanyone
whochoosestoenterandisvoidwhereprohibitedbylaw..Limitone(1)entryper
person.Duplicateentriesorattemptstocircumventtheruleswillvoidallentriesbythe
partyresponsible.BlessedEternal,MembersofTeamABI(theSponsor)their
respectiveaffiliates,subsidiaries,advertisingandpromotionagencies,suppliersand
theirimmediatefamilymembersand/orthoselivinginthesamehouseholdofeachare
noteligibletoparticipateintheGiveaway.TheGiveawayissubjecttoallapplicable

federal,stateandlocallawsandregulations.Voidwhereprohibited.

2.AgreementtoRules:

inordertobeeligibleforaprizeTheentrymustfulfillallGiveawayrequirements,as
specified,anddirectmessagesmustbeturnedonviaTwittertobeeligibletowina
prize.Entriesthatarenotcompleteordonotadheretotherulesorspecificationsmay

productkeysrequiretheinstallationofSteam).Actual/appraisedvaluemaydifferat
timeofprizeaward.ThespecificsoftheprizeshallbesolelydeterminedbyBlessed
Eternal.NocashorotherprizesubstitutionpermittedexceptatBlessedEternal's
discretion.Theprizeisnontransferable.Anyandallprizerelatedexpenses,including
withoutlimitationanyandallfederal,state,and/orlocaltaxesshallbethesole
responsibilityofthewinner.Nosubstitutionofprizeortransfer/assignmentofprizeto
othersorrequestforthecashequivalentbywinnersispermitted.Acceptanceofprize

yourentry,including,withoutlimitation,theentryandwinner'sname,portrait,picture,
voice,likeness,imageorstatementsabouttheGiveaway,andbiographicalinformation
asnews,publicityorinformationandfortrade,advertising,publicrelationsand
promotionalpurposeswithoutanyfurthercompensation.

BlessedEternalreservestheright,initssolediscretiontocancel,terminate,
modifyorsuspendtheGiveawayshould(initssolediscretion)avirus,bugs,
nonauthorizedhumanintervention,fraudorothercausesbeyonditscontrolcorruptor
affecttheadministration,security,fairnessorproperconductoftheGiveaway.Insuch
case,BlessedEternalmayselecttherecipientsfromalleligibleentriesreceivedpriorto
and/orafter(ifappropriate)theactiontakenbyBlessedEternal.BlessedEternal

reservestherightatitssolediscretiontodisqualifyanyindividualwhotampersor

partners,representatives,agents,successors,assigns,employees,officersand
directorsfromanyliability,illness,injury,death,loss,litigation,claimordamagethat
mayoccur,directlyorindirectly,whethercausedbynegligenceornot,from(i)such
entrant'sparticipationintheGiveawayand/orhis/heracceptance,possession,use,or
misuseofanyprizeoranyportionthereof,(ii)technicalfailuresofanykind,including
butnotlimitedtothemalfunctioningofanycomputer,cable,network,hardwareor
software(iii)theunavailabilityorinaccessibilityofanytransmissionsortelephoneor
Internetservice(iv)unauthorizedhumaninterventioninanypartoftheentryprocessor
thePromotion(v)electronicorhumanerrorwhichmayoccurintheadministrationof
thePromotionortheprocessingofentries.

11.Disputes:

THISGiveawayISGOVERNEDBYTHELAWSOFCANADAAND
NOVASCOTIA,WITHOUTRESPECTTOCONFLICTOFLAWDOCTRINES.Asa

conditionofparticipatinginthisGiveaway,participantagreesthatanyandalldisputes
