Over 15 years of successful management and leadership experience with

Professional Experience
United States Army, August 1990 – Present (Retire August 2010)
Completed 20-year career with the U.S. Army as an upper-level manager.

Management:
• Managed maintenance and accountability of a fleet of 8-10 aircraft and

assorted ground support equipment.


• Managed a flight schedule and aircraft assignments flying from 1000 to

10,000 flight hours annually.


• Supervised training, accountability, welfare, and work schedules of 4-16

personnel.
• Quality Control Supervisor; maintained aircraft historical records, ensured

maintenance was conducted in accordance with all applicable technical


manuals and safety regulations, conducted ISO9000 audits of contractor
maintenance facilities to ensure compliance with safety and contractual
obligations.

Operations & Logistics:


• Expertise and experience sought after in planning and executing

movement operations for a fleet of 30 helicopters and maintenance assets


to overseas locations.
• Coordinated logistical support and consolidated information in support of

the 2000 Senior Leaders Training Conference and the Annual Aviation
Ground Support Equipment Users Conference for four consecutive years.
• Managed resources to ensure expedient repair and maintenance on a fleet

of 24 Bell OH-58D aircraft; completed and tracked work orders to support


organizations; developed status tracking spreadsheets to standardize
maintenance information flow for all managed and supported assets.

• Managed Information System Security for an office with 17 personnel and


computer systems, installed automation hardware and software to support
upgrades and updates of those systems.
• Computer literate, extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and automated logistics systems for aviation and ground
equipment.
• Database administrator for an aviation automated logistics system;
maintained and used a system with more than 50 computers for work
orders to support shops, status reporting to Department of the Army,
aircraft maintenance, and fault tracking/planning.

Training & Development:


• Developed a crew chief training plan and tracking sheets to document

professional development of junior helicopter mechanics.


• Developed quality control inspector testing as training for inexperienced

personnel assigned to Quality Control office.


• Trained and tested more than 60 personnel on proper use and operation of

ground vehicles and numerous items of aviation ground support


equipment.
• Developed a training plan and documentation process to license more than

20 civilian operators on government leased vehicles.
