Project Manager who will provide either an authorization document or new work order:

CRITICAL: Calling Spencer Technologies upon arrival on site to check in, and last thing before leaving site
to check out and give us closeout information is Standard Operating Procedure and mandatory for all work
orders regardless of scope of work shown. Late arrival to site will result in a 25% penalty on work order
pay out, arrival time is recorded based on check in call to Spencer.
Work is offered and payable ONLY at the above cited rates and duration. Under no circumstances will
higher rates be paid unless WRITTEN approval has been obtained from Spencer Technologies IN
ADVANCE. Approval document must accompany work order when invoicing. Materials not to exceed
Spencer Pricing Guide. Any exceptions must be approved by the Project Manager in writing.
A signed hard copy of the work order is required along with your invoice documents. Handwritten changes
to include but not limited to altering or adjusting approved hours, number of technicians and pricing will
not be accepted or binding upon Spencer Technologies, Inc. Work orders found in violation of this will
result in invoice being returned causing delays.
Subcontracting this work to another company or use of 1099'd (independent contractor) labor is strictly
prohibited. The work order authorizes the named subcontractor company only to do this work. Payment
shall be made only to the company name and IRS or Canadian Tax Payer ID on file with us. Invoices from
third parties or other companies will not be honored or paid.
Subcontractor is responsible for equipment owned by Spencer Technologies and or its customers while
said equipment is in his/her possession and will be held liable for replacement value in the event it
becomes damaged or missing. Subcontractor will not be paid until equipment related to the work order
has been successfully returned and received to its location as stated on the order or Project Manager
directive.
Technician is considered a representative of Spencer Technologies while onsite and will present themselves
in a professional manner in both actions and attire. Business casual or a slightly modified version for
safety reasons is required.

Technician should record the name(s) of pertinent person(s) (support, site mgt.,
customer, vendor, etc.) that you work with.
Check-In Requirements: (Upon arrival to the site)
Tech must check in with the Spencer Service Department (508-635-2100, opt 1)
Tech must work with Spencer Support Team (508-635-2100, opt 2) while on site.
While Onsite:
Confirm with Spencer Service Department if this is a Shoregroup call or not. Upon
arrival the tech will call Shoregroup (315-234-4480) to check in and for technical
support.
DO NOT exceed 2 hours on the job without contacting Spencer Service. (508-6352100, opt 1).
Check-Out Requirements: (Upon completion of the job, BEFORE leaving the site)
Tech must check out with Ascena HD 1-877-909-3911
Tech must check-out with the Spencer Service Department (508-635-2100, option
1).
Tech must provide the names of all pertinent person(s) they worked with.

> Verify that the cradlepoint has been setup and activated for this location and confirm
full connectivity at this site. The tech will need a laptop, console cable, and a loopback
plug.
