INSTRUCTIONS
1. Youmustbringthecallletteralongwithphotoidentityproof(suchasPANCard/Passport/DrivingLicense/Voter'sCard/Bank
Passbook with photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer (on official letterhead)/Photo Identity proof
issuedbyaPeople'sRepresentative(onofficialletterhead)/IdentityCardissuedbyarecognisedCollege/University/Aadhar
Cardwithaphotograph/EmployeeID)inoriginalaswellasaphotocopy.Pleasenotethatyournameasappearingonthecall
letter(providedbyyouduringtheprocessofregistration)shouldexactlymatchthenameasappearingonthephotoidentity
proof. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the Call Letter and Photo Identity Proof you will not be
allowedtoappearfortheexam.
RationCardandEAadharCardwillnotbeacceptedasvalidIDproof.
In case of candidates who have changed their name will be allowed only if they produce Gazette notification/their
marriagecertificate/affidavit.
2. Thephotocopyofphotoidentityproofshouldbesubmittedalongwiththecallletter,totheinvigilatorsintheexaminationhall
failing which he/she will not be permitted to appear for the test.The call letter along with the photocopy of photo identity
proofdulystapledtogethershouldbesubmittedtotheinvigilatorintheexaminationhallfailingwhichthecandidatewillnot
be permitted to appear for the test. Do not forget to write your Registration No. and Roll No. on the photo copy of Photo
Identity proof. Candidates should put their Left Thumb Impression clearly and sign in the respective space provided on the
callletterinthepresenceoftheinvigilator.
3. AhandoutgivinginformationaboutthetypeoftestyouwillbetakingisavailableonIBPSwebsite.Pleasedownloadthebookletandstudyit
carefully.InadditionalinkforamocktestwillbeavailableontheIBPSwebsite.
4. Biometricdata(leftthumbimpression)willbecapturedattheexaminationvenue.Withregardstothesame,pleasenotethefollowing:
(a)

Iffingersarecoated(stampedink/mehendi/coloured...etc),ensuretothoroughlywashthemsothatcoatingiscompletelyremoved
beforetheexamday.

(b) Iffingersaredirtyordusty,ensuretowashthemanddrythembeforethefingerprint(biometric)iscaptured.
(c)

Ensurefingersofbothhandsaredry.Iffingersaremoist,wipeeachfingertodrythem.

(d) Iftheprimaryfinger(leftthumb)tobecapturedisinjured/damaged,immediatelynotifytheconcernedauthorityinthetestcentre.
(Anyfailuretoobservethesepointswillresultinnonadmittancefortheexamination)
5. Youshouldalsobringstationarysuchaspencils,eraserandaballpointpenwithyoutotheexaminationhall.
6. Please note that you are allowed to appear only once for the examination for above mentioned post. Multiple appearances
willresultincancellationofcandidature.Incasemorethanonecallletterhasbeengenerated,youareadvisedtoappearonly
onceonthedateandatthetimementionedontherespectivecallletter.Allothercalllettersaretobesurrendered.
7. Immediatelyafteronlineobjectivetest,anexperimentalPersonalitytestwillbeadministeredonline.Youarerequestedtotakethepersonality
test.ScoresobtainedinPersonalitytestwillnotbeusedforresultprocessing.
8. Use of books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers, mobile phones etc. is not permitted in this examination. Candidates are
advisednottobringanyofthebanneditemsincludingmobilephones/pagerstothevenueofexaminationasarrangementforsafekeeping
cannotbeassured.Anycandidatefoundresortingtoanyunfairmeansormalpracticeoranymisconductwhileappearingattheexamination
includinggiving/receivinghelpto/fromanycandidateduringthetestwillbedisqualified.Thecandidateshouldbevigilanttoensurethatno
othercandidateisabletocopyfromhis/heranswers.IBPS would be analysing the responses (answers) of individual candidates
with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted by
IBPSinthisregard,itisinferred/concludedthattheresponseshavebeensharedandscoresobtainedarenotgenuine/valid,
IBPSreservesrighttocancelthecandidatureoftheconcernedcandidatesandtheresultofsuchcandidates(disqualified)will
bewithheld.
9. Anyonefoundtobedisclosing,publishingreproducing,transmitting,storingorfacilitatingtransmissionandstorageoftestcontentsinany
formoranyinformationthereininwholeorpartthereoforbyanymeansverbalorwritten,electronicormechanicalortakingawaythepapers
suppliedintheexaminationhallorfoundtobeinunauthorisedpossessionoftestcontentislikelytobeprosecuted.
10. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) should contact the Test Centre Administrator of the test venue at least 30 minutes before the time of
examinationforassistanceinseating,ifneeded.
11. Anyrequestforchangeofcentre/venuewillnotbeentertained.
12.Youmaypleasenotethatthiscallletterdoesnotconstituteanofferofemploymentbyany/allParticipatingOrganisations.
13. Your admission to the examination is strictly provisional. Before coming for the written examination, please ensure that you are eligible
