The Petitioners humbly submit as under:

The Petitioners are the Sureties for the Accused

Akena Suresh Kumar

No.1 by name

in Crime No. 406 of 2009 in the above C.C., and

as per the orders of the Honourable IV-Addl. Judicial First Class

Magistrate at Warangal,

deposited cash amount of Rs.5,000/-

each

deposited on 29-9-2009 before the aforesaid Honourable Court.

The

aforesaid crime was made over to this Honourable Court.

It is further to submit the Accused acquitted in the above case on

16-03-2012.

As such the petitioners herein are entitled to withdraw

their surety amount of Rs.5,000/- each.

The Petitioners herein are in

dire need of the amounts as they borrowed the said amount from their
nearest relatives.
It is therefore prayed that the Honourable Court may be pleased to
order to return the surety amount of Rs.5,000/- each i.e. Rs.10,000/to the Petitioners or pass such order or other orders as the Honourable
court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
