Sub.: Payment of online registration and exam fees of regular students of


ME/M.Tech./M.Pharm/M.Sc. 3rdand MCA 2nd Year 3rd Sem, 3rd Year 5th
sem. AB
group/BA group and MBA, IInd Year III Sem.,July15 to Oct15 of the Session 2015-16.

1. The Online registration and payment of exam fees by regular students of ME / M.Tech./
M.Pharm/M.Sc. 3rd Sem. and MCA, 2nd Year 3rd Sem and 3rd Year 5th Sem. AB/BA group
and regular repeater students of 3rd /5th and MCA 1st Year 1st Sem and 2nd Year 3rd Sem,3rd
Year 5th Sem. MBA IInd year IIIrd Sem. July15 to Oct15.
2. The regular and Regular Repeater students are required to fill up forms and registration form
and pay and registration fees.
FOR REGISTRATION OF REGULAR REPEATERS :
3. Under Marking System: The regular repeater students of 1st /3rd /5th Sem and 3rd Year 5th
Sem. of MCA should take an specific cyclostyled form from P.G. Section for repeating the
same in which they were detained or got less than 40% marks in the previous exam. They
must attach the mark sheet of last exam also.
Under Grading System:
As per attendance criteria.
4. The following students will be eligible for the registration :
a. Those who were enrolled in 2nd /4th Semester, Dec14 to April15.
b. Those who did not complete the required of attendance and were detained in 1st /3rd/5th
Sem. during the Session 2014-15 i.e. June14 to Oct14.
c. Those who secured less then 40% marks in Nov14exam are required to
Repeat the same.
c. As per attendance criteria.
5. Before taking registration and submitting exam form they should make sure that they have
returned library books and cleared library dues as well as hostel and other dues without which
they will not be allowed to register themselves for the next semester and also to submit the
exam form A hosteller is required to obtain a certificate from the Hostel Warden.
6. No student will be allowed to attend the classes in the above semester unless he/she has paid
the tuition and other fees and hostel fees (if hosteller) and exam fees. All students are
therefore, advised to note this carefully for compliance, failing which they will run risk of
shortage of attendance.
( Registration will be done after Result of April2015 exam is declared )
1. The Online registration and payment of Tuition, Exam and other Miscellaneous fees by the
students for the Semester July-2015 to Oct-2015, Online Registration will commence from 1506-2015.

2. Students are required to fill up Online registration form and pay the fees accordingly
through Net Banking OR Through Debit/Credit Cards & Online banking.
3. Before taking Online registration, they should also make sure that they have returned all library
books and have cleared library dues, hostel and other dues, failing which they will not be able to
register themselves.
4. No student will be allowed to attend the classes unless he/she has paid the tuition fee and other
fees including Exam. fee and Hostel rent (if hosteller).
5. Online registration (http://www.sgsitsindore.in > Student Login > Student Services
> Semester Renewal Registration) will be visible to students only when (A) No dues is
forwarded by Library & (B) Form is forwarded by Registrar Office / Accounts Section.
( both A & B will be done online).
7. SC/ST/OBC Students should carefully be followed the instruction strictly.
6.1 For SC Category Student:- All SC category students are required to pay full semester
fees online.
(A) Those SC Category students whose annual family income is not more than Rs. 2,00,000/per annum are eligible for PMS. They have to pay Online semester registration fees as per fee
structure . However their PMS Application will be forwarded by institute to Tribal Welfare
Deptt. For refund of Tution & Other fees & Post Metric Scholarship in their Bank A/c directly
by Govt. of M.P.
(B) Those SC Category students whose family annual income from Rs.2,00,000/- to Rs.
3,00,000/- per annum are not eligible for PMS, & are eligible for refund of 50% of Tuition
and other fees. They have to pay Online semester registration fees as per fee structure . However
their PMS Application will be forwarded by institute to Tribal Welfare Deptt. For refund of
Tution & Other fees & Post Metric Scholarship in their Bank A/c directly by Govt. of M.P.
6.2 For ST Category Student :- All ST category students are required to pay full semester
fees online.
(A) Students belonging to ST Category whose annual family income is not more than Rs.
2,50,000/- per annum are eligible for PMS. They have to pay Online semester registration fees
as per fee structure. However their PMS Application will be forwarded by institute to Tribal
Welfare Deptt. For refund of Tution & Other fees & Post Metric Scholarship in their Bank A/c
directly by the Govt. of M.P.
(B) Students belonging to ST Category whose annual family income from Rs.2,50,000/- to Rs.
3,00,000/- per annum are not eligible for PMS, & are eligible for refund of 50% of Tuition
and other fees. They have to pay Online semester registration fees as per fee structure . However
their PMS Application will be forwarded by institute to Tribal Welfare Deptt. For refund of
Tution & Other fees & Post Metric Scholarship in their Bank A/c directly by the Govt. of M.P.
6.3 For OBC Category Student :-OBC category students are required to deposit full
semester fees. However, those OBC candidates whose family annual income is not more than
Rs. 75,000/- per annum. They have to pay Online semester registration fees as per fee
structure . However their PMS Application will be forwarded by institute to Deptt., of

Backward Classes and Minority Welfare, Govt. of MP, for refund/reimbursement of Tuition
& Other fees & Post Metric Scholarship in their Bank A/c directly by the Govt. of M.P.
For regular students of IIIrd Sem. for regular repeater students of Ist /IIIrd/ Vth Sem. for
regular students of MCA, IInd year IIIrd Sem.,IIIrd Year Vth Sem AB/BA group and MCA Ist
Year, Ist Sem. and IInd Year, IIIrd Sem.,IIIrd Year Vth Sem. (for regular repeater students).

The regular teaching of PG course classes for IIIrd Semester & MCA, IInd YearIIIrd
Sem.IIIrd Year Vth Sem. MBA IIdnd Year IIIrd Sem. July15 to Oct15 will be commence for
MCA II & IIIrd Year from 01/07/2015 and all PG Courses ME/M.Tech/M.Pharm/M.Sc./MBA
from 14th July 2015.

1.

The maximum duration of the course shall be MCA-6.5 Year & ME/M.Tech/M.Pharm5.5 Years from the date of first admission.
2.
All registration will be subject to confirmation of April15 Semester results.
3.
Details of registration process will be notified separately.
4.
As per Letter No. SVK/2014-15/5638 dt. 1.12.14. The increased Misc. fee of DAVV
Indore will be changed from all students of M.Sc. & MBA from the Session 2015-16.
