Williamswasoutvotedbysecondarystaffduetoreasonofthefloorconditioninthekitchenoftheunit.
MikethesonofRev.Williamsrefusedtomakearrangementstofixtheaccommodationsandstatedhewas
againstrentingtheunit.Thetransactionhadtakenplacegivenalittlemorethanaweekaftertheonsetof
gettingutilitiestransferredtotheaddressat130NorthCollegeAve.,Maitland,Florida.Theproblemisalso
tobesuspectedasinvolvinganadversepartywhoisafriendorfamilythereofJarridDeshaunWilliams,the
paternalpartytothechildcustody/childsupportcaseoriginatinginOrangeCountyduetoseveraldirtytricks
ortrickeryinvolvingmisconductandmisuseofofficeincludingfraudulentclaimstoharassmeinOrange
County.
Thereafterishasbeensuspectedthatofficersofthechurchcontinuedtoharassmeaccordingtotherulesof
thePentecostalchurchalongwithanothermemberusingmyassociationwithRev.LuraWilliamsassome
typeofimproperpurposeorcharacterassassinationmeanstoassisttheadversepartyincourtproceeding
duetothefactthatJarridDeshaunWilliamshasanextensivecriminalhistoryandbackground.

(h)willfullyrefuse,asdeterminedbyacourtofcompetentjurisdiction,totimelypayachildsupport
obligationor
(i)engageinsexualconductwithaclientorarepresentativeofaclientthatexploitsoradverselyaffectsthe
interestsoftheclientorthelawyerclientrelationship.
Ifthesexualconductcommencedafterthelawyerclientrelationshipwasformeditshallbepresumedthat
thesexualconductexploitsoradverselyaffectstheinterestsoftheclientorthelawyerclientrelationship.A
lawyermayrebutthispresumptionbyprovingbyapreponderanceoftheevidencethatthesexualconduct
didnotexploitoradverselyaffecttheinterestsoftheclientorthelawyerclientrelationship.
Theprohibitionandpresumptionstatedinthisruledonotapplytoalawyerinthesamefirmasanother
lawyerrepresentingtheclientifthelawyerinvolvedinthesexualconductdoesnotpersonallyprovidelegal
servicestotheclientandisscreenedfromaccesstothefileconcerningthelegalrepresentation.Comment
LawyersaresubjecttodisciplinewhentheyviolateorattempttoviolatetheRulesofProfessionalConduct,
knowinglyassistorinduceanothertodoso,ordosothroughtheactsofanother,aswhentheyrequestor
instructanagenttodosoonthelawyer'sbehalf.Subdivision(a),however,doesnotprohibitalawyerfrom
advisingaclientconcerningactiontheclientislegallyentitledtotake,providedthattheclientisnotusedto
indirectlyviolatetheRulesofProfessionalConduct.
Manykindsofillegalconductreflectadverselyonfitnesstopracticelaw,suchasoffensesinvolvingfraud
andtheoffenseofwillfulfailuretofileanincometaxreturn.However,somekindsofoffensecarrynosuch
implication.Traditionally,thedistinctionwasdrawnintermsofoffensesinvolving"moralturpitude."That
conceptcanbeconstruedtoincludeoffensesconcerningsomemattersofpersonalmorality,suchas
adulteryandcomparableoffenses,thathavenospecificconnectiontofitnessforthepracticeoflaw.
Althoughalawyerispersonallyanswerabletotheentirecriminallaw,alawyershouldbeprofessionally
answerableonlyforoffensesthatindicatelackofthosecharacteristicsrelevanttolawpractice.Offenses
involvingviolence,dishonesty,breachoftrust,orseriousinterferencewiththeadministrationofjusticearein
thatcategory.Apatternofrepeatedoffenses,evenonesofminorsignificancewhenconsideredseparately,
can
indicateindifferencetolegalobligation.
Alawyermayrefusetocomplywithanobligationimposedbylawuponagoodfaithbeliefthatnovalid
obligationexists.Theprovisionsofrule41.2(d)concerningagoodfaithchallengetothevalidity,scope,
meaning,orapplicationofthelawapplytochallengesoflegalregulationofthepracticeoflaw.
Subdivision(c)recognizesinstanceswherelawyersincriminallawenforcementagenciesorregulatory
agenciesadviseothersaboutorsuperviseothersinundercoverinvestigations,andprovidesanexceptionto
allowtheactivitywithoutthelawyerengaginginprofessionalmisconduct.Theexceptionacknowledges
current,acceptablepracticeoftheseagencies.Althoughtheexceptionappearsinthisrule,itisalso
applicabletorules44.1and44.3.However,nothingintheruleallowsthelawyertoengageinsuchconduct
ifotherwiseprohibitedbylaworrule.
Subdivision(d)ofthisruleproscribesconductthatisprejudicialtotheadministrationofjustice.Such
proscriptionincludestheprohibitionagainstdiscriminatoryconductcommittedbyalawyerwhileperforming
dutiesinconnectionwiththepracticeoflaw.Theproscriptionextendstoanycharacteristicorstatusthatis
notrelevanttotheproofofanylegalorfactualissueindispute.Suchconduct,whendirectedtowards
litigants,jurors,witnesses,courtpersonnel,orotherlawyers,whetherbasedonrace,ethnicity,gender,
religion,nationalorigin,disability,maritalstatus,sexualorientation,age,socioeconomicstatus,employment,
physicalcharacteristic,oranyotherbasis,subvertstheadministrationofjusticeandunderminesthepublic's
confidenceinoursystemofjustice,aswellasnotionsofequality.Thissubdivisiondoesnotprohibitalawyer
fromrepresentingaclientasmaybepermittedbyapplicablelaw,suchas,bywayof

Alawyer'sobligationtorespondtoaninquirybyadisciplinaryagencyisstatedinsubdivision(g)ofthisrule

custodywithoutanorderfromthecourtuntilthehearingthefollowingmorningonJanuary28th,2011.At

theDepartmentinadditiontofurtherevidenceoffraudonthecourt,intentionalomissionbyDCF
departmentalattorneysconstitutingattorneydecietandmisconduct,ofchildsupportrecoveryproceedingsin
division42ofwhichthemotherandthechildrenwereunderrepresentationdruingwhichtimethereware
