The information in this book is in direct violation of the Settlement Agreement and
Mutual Release (AGREEMENT) paragraphs 8, 9, and/or 10 (among others) (Ex. 136)
each time it is disseminated to a new person or each time it is read online (i.e., Twitter,
Facebook, blog. etc.) or if the information reaches the press and it is published. The limit
per occurrence is up to $100,000, which means that the AGGRIEVED could make
hundreds of thousands and/or millions of dollars if you acknowledge reading the
materials.
Accordingly, the United States of America, spent hundreds of thousands/millions of
dollars in public funds defending the claims found in the AGREEMENT and in direct
support of ATS, NWCCU, and the AGGRIEVED.
With more than 270 member schools, the Association of Theological Schools in the
United States and Canada and representing over 70,000 students has defended the
member school Western Seminary claiming that what is found in the AGREEMENT
leads to valid education/degrees. You can believe the Religious, because it is not like
these Christian and Jewish leaders would knowingly and willfullyfalsify, conceal, or
cover up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact; makes any materially false,
fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or make or use any false writing or
document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent
statement or entry in an effort to mislead believers, charitable donors, employers, 3rd
party schools and the court. These Religious leaders are vanguards of morality and
ethics after all.
With 162 member schools, the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities and
representing students in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington
has defended the member school Western Seminary claiming that what is found in the
AGREEMENT leads to valid education/degrees. You can believe this, because it is not
like these Regional Educational leaders would knowingly and willfullyfalsify, conceal,
or cover up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact; makes any materially false,
fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or make or use any false writing or
document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent
statement or entry in an effort to mislead charitable donors, employers, 3rd party schools
and the court. These Regional Educational leaders assure educational quality, integrity;
to merit the confidence of the educational community and the public.
