evening, and 100 nights) (for normal distribution)

Model summary .88 (as the factors had huge impact in dependent
variables)

Co-efficient here we got to know which factor had how much impact on
dependent variable.
So we picked those factors which were impacted high
Those were service time, value added services, salesman service

With the help of secondary resources I give some contacts who were
interested in buying crops like west Bengal and Bihar.
There are three reasons because of which I choose PSU to apply for
First, the profile you are offering which is a sale and marketing and I
am very interested for, and I am indifferent for that whether it is PSU or
it is a private company.
Second, my own uncle is working in a PSU and the way he use to
manage his work life which fascinate me. The hard work you do on
project or profile, actually get to see implemented. The collaborative
and friendly environment he gets to work in is very fascinating. This is
not from only his work experience but I also experienced the same in
my internship.
Third, the proper work life balance you get in PSU, like what I believe a
sound mind and health can give their best ideas and work at the best
level as compare to harassed mind. You can make daily deadlines for
your work and can achieve them easily. And this is the thing because
of which BPCL is doing so well in their field.
