Harris Williams & Co. is currently seeking Interns to join the firms Frankfurt office for a period of at least
eight weeks. In addition to a strong academic track record, the ideal candidate should have welldeveloped written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of finance and
accounting.
An internship at Harris Williams & Co. is an excellent way of gaining a better understanding of the nature
and culture of our business. Interns are staffed alongside full-time analyst on live transactions during
their time with us; by the end of their internship program, they will have gained first-hand deal
experience and will fully understand the Analyst role. Interns will work closely with all members of the
team from Analysts to Managing Directors and are expected to be active contributors during each phase
of the deal process and key non-transactional work.
Eligible candidates should be in their penultimate year of universities or recent graduates from a top
university. A strong knowledge of finance and accounting is required. An Intern candidate should be
extremely proficient in conversational and written German and English, be exceptionally detail oriented,
have the ability to work well with others under pressure, and possess a high degree of intellectual
curiosity.
