Oslo Legwarmers
Directions are for legwarmers 14-1/4” circumference, 21-1/4” long.
Circumference can be fit to size by adding or subtracting cast-on stitches in 4-stitch
increments (~0.9” widths). Length can be adjusted by adding or subtracting rows
in step 3, “Legwarmer Body.”

Each legwarmer is identical, and should be knitted in the same way.
