Pastor Jason Armold

• Matthew 28:19-20 (New King James Version)
• 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the
Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe
all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with
you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
• Acts 1:8 (New King James Version)

come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in

just the ends of the earth, but right next door!

– Be Jesus to one
– Take care of our household
– Meet the physical need
– Meet financial need
– Meet spiritual need
How to Fulfill the Commission
• Get out of the stands and get into the game
• Central mission: Deliver a message from Jesus
to someone He died for!
• How to communicate Jesus:
– The method is sharing: share in humility, not
condemning
– The Persuader is the Holy Spirit: only God can do
the work, you just be His speaker
– The authority is God’s Word: it is not about your opinion,
have confidence in His Word
– The message is JESUS: it’s not about you, it’s not about
your church

A Message about a relationship – Life’s most important

relationship!
There’s a relationship you’re created to have
• Colossians 1:16
• 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven
and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether
thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All
things were created through Him and for Him.
• It’s a relationship you don’t have because of what you’ve
done
• Isaiah 53:6
• 6 All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
• Isaiah 59:2
• 2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God;
And your sins have hidden His face from you,
So that He will not hear.
• Ephesians 2:8-9
• 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that
not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest
anyone should boast.
• It’s a relationship you can have because of what
Jesus did
• 1 Peter 3:18
18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just
for the unjust, that He might bring us to God,
being put to death in the flesh but made alive by
the Spirit,
• John 3:16
• 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His
only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him
should not perish but have everlasting life.
• It’s a relationship you must choose
• Acts 3:19
• 19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your
sins may be blotted out, so that times of
refreshing may come from the presence of the
Lord,
• John 1:12
• 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave
the right to become children of God, to those
who believe in His name:
