Price offer is good for 1 satellite campus with a maximum of 1500 students only.
Beyond the maximum will be computed accordingly.
MTX SIS has a warranty of one (1) year after turn over of the system. Modifications
to the software system after the one (1) year warranty has expired will be charge
accordingly.
Input of Data or Data Entry is not included in our scope of services.
The client, may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
product. Except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by
applicable law not withstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the
software to other campus.
Unlimited email inquiry and phone support for one (1) year as warranty for tech
support and free maintenance coverage for the system in order to help you gain a
general understanding of the system.
Crashes due to virus, improper hardware usage, operating system failure, hardware
system failure, fire, earthquake, typhoon, war or any acts of GOD are not included in
the warranty.

Monthly checkup off-site/online will be conducted after implementation for 6-months


free of charge in order to check that system is working properly. On-site visit free of
charge will be done if necessary.
Off-site/Online/On-site visit for after sales support which is beyond warranty, will be
billed P800.00/hour with a minimum of P800.00 per visit.
If re-installation and configuration of the server is needed, customer will be billed
P5,000.00 and P1,500.00 per workstation accordingly.
Additional charge on customized report and software maintenance may be agreed by
both parties.
We will be implementing single point of contact for the after sales support in order to
have easy and efficient communication.
Customer shall be held responsible for the Transportation, Board and Lodging, Perdime and other expenses occurred for the delivery and warranty claims outside

OWNERSHIP

It is understood that the ownership of the MTX-SIS is retained by Microtronix and in


no case shall ownership of the MTX-SIS be transferred unto the client. The client
however enjoys the right of use of MTX-SIS exclusively for the purpose herein
agreed and to avail of the services of Microtronix.
To ensure Data Security/Integrity, the client is expressly prohibited from performing
repairs or maintenance job other than the ordinary or basic to the system.
The MTX-SIS is capable of handling additional sub-modules which can be
incorporated into the present system. Client is expressly prohibited from
incorporating, inserting or creating sub-modules or in any way extend the use of the
systems for any other purpose or systems other than that agreed, irrespective of the
mode, without the prior written consent from Microtronix. Any modification or
revision of the MTX-SIS or the systems however slight shall be exclusively
performed by Microtronix.

Liability:
MICROTRONIX shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by customer as a result of
non-response of MICROTRONIX except for losses or damages caused by fortuitous event
such as earthquake, typhoons, floods and other natural phenomenon beyond the control
of man, sabotage or circumstances beyond the control of MICROTRONIX.
