(F) and 12 (B) certification and is applying for the first time to the UGC
for a national seminar. Prior to the obtaining of 2 (F) and 12 (B) the

Aims of the Seminar
1. HRD and Sustainable Growth lies in mutually c0- constructive
relationship since, sustainably are emerging as a people and as well
as human resource issue. Research on the role of HRD in developing
sustainable organizations and societies has been gaining momentum
in recent years. This merger of HRD and sustainability has thrown
up new opportunities and challenges in the area of inclusiveness,
leadership, technology, competency and social development and
innovation.
2. Objectives of the Seminar
1. To build awareness among the academia, students Industrialists and
social work practitioners on Sustainable growth.
2. To enrich and strengthen the Social work/HR/Mba/Bba/ Bcom/
Mcom students knowledge regarding the same.

The target audience for the seminar is social work professionals, social
