We come as strangers, live as friends
Dear Friends,
Its a brand New Year here at Forestview!
The close of 2015 saw us welcoming new friends,
gathering together to celebrate each other as
family, and of course relishing joyous and safe
holidays with our loved ones.
I want to personally thank each one of you for
your continued help and support in my short

couldnt have done it without you!
We have *amazing* things happening already in
2016 check out our new calendar! From a
walking club to coloring hour, monthly movie

Safety

Now that the snow is finally upon us, just a reminder

about key safety points around the property;

There is snow melt available in the front

vestibule. Please use sparingly, a little goes a long way .
Use extra care on the sidewalks and parking lots.
We have a great snow removal team, but using extra caution is always a good idea.
Remember to make sure all auxiliary entrances are shut tightly, (sometimes snow gets in the way.)
Please remember: If you ever have a slip and fall outside, call 911 immediately and let them
know you are outsideits not just a normal Lift assist. Sitting in the snow can cause
hypothermia, among other major health and safety concerns.

Lets have a happy and safe 2016!

Trash Rooms

In order to keep our trash rooms orderly

and sanitary, please be SURE TO:

Break down all boxes AND take them

outside to the dumpster.

Nothing is to be left in the trash rooms on

the 2nd and 3rd floors, please use the chute.
(If recycling, please take those items to the 1st floor trash room.)

To dispose of all plants put them in plastic bags, tie them up and
place them in the TRASH, not recycling.

Please do not put loose trash in the bins in the garbage room.
All trash must be in bags, tied up tightly.

When sending trash down the chute, be sure to tie bags tightly so they don't let
trash out when they land in the bins on the 1st floor.

All large pieces of furniture or household items must be dealt with on a case by
case basis for removal. Please do not depose of large items in the dumpster. If you
need assistance, please call the office.

We appreciate your cooperation in the maintenance and upkeep of our trash rooms!
