Means to Win
The battle is won by 2 ways
1. Defeating the opponent directly in the battle
field where blood shed ratio is very high. The
Win is not guaranteed.
2. Do not allow the opponent to enter the battle
field the blood shed ratio is far less but the
background activities are tremendous. The
Win is guaranteed.
All the Parties follow the first way. Lets try the
second way.

The second way

Winners do not do different things they just do
the same job differently
Regular approach
Second approach

- Contest the elections

with the Corrupt every
time.
Create
a
scenario
where the corrupt are
afraid to contest the
elections.

Nota the Second approach

Presently the Supreme Court of India
has directed the EC to have NOTA as one
of the options in the EMVs.
The political parties are ok with the
judgment as the NOTA votes do not have
any impact on the winner.
NOTA votes counting has to have affect
on the winner.

Nota the present status

3 candidates in a constituency and the
votes distribution is
A gets 22% votes,
B gets 23% votes,
C gets 25% Votes,
NOTA gets 30% votes
In present condition, Candidate C will be
declared as winner.

Nota status Change reqd.

In case of the above scenario we need few more
amendments to the Supreme Court Judgment as under
1. All the 3 candidates would lose the election. As
majority of the people in the constituency find them
in appropriate to lead them.
2. Re - elections be ordered and conducted within 3
months in the said constituency and disqualified
candidates cannot contest the election.
3. All the candidates from the constituency be
disqualified & they cannot contest any election from
any constituency for a minimum period of 10 years.

Nota Change Process

We immediately start a signature
collection campaign.
The campaign will span across Urban
India.
The campaign can be taken up in parts
of rural India (to be decided by the local
teams)

Nota Change Target

12% votes in 2009 can help form the UPA

Govt.
Target of 15% - 20% voters in India for the
Signature campaign will take us to a very
good lead.
We have contested the General Elections in
2014, hence we have teams ready in almost
every assembly constituency. The teams
approach voters in their constituency.

Nota Change Effects

Re-elections might have to be imposed in
few constituencies.
Many leaders with criminal background
will not enter politics as they will be
afraid that people will not select any of
them (contrary to todays scenario where
we have to vote of one immaterial we like
the candidate or not)
INDIA EMPOWERING

Draft Proposal
Dated :To,
The President Of India,
India.
Subject :- Right to reject.
Respected Sir,
We the undersigned are the common man of India. India became independent from the British rule on 15th August 1947 and a republic nation on 26th January
1950. It is to say so, the reality is vastly different. We now want independence from the dirty political class.

The constitution has given us Right to Elect but we the People of the Republic of India also want an exclusive Right to Reject. As per the election commission we
have the right to elect which is also the right to reject which we can exercise every five years. As time and again we see the same corrupt politicians contesting the
elections whom we do not want but are forced to elect. Hence many of the citizens avoid casting votes. This was evident from the voter turnout during Delhi
Elections, which witnessed a landmark voting record since they saw AAM ADAMI PARTY an welcome substitute to corruptions.
Few days back The Supreme Court of India has passed a land mark judgment regarding the election process. According to the judgment all the electronic voting
machines will have the last options as None Of The Above (NOTA). This is a welcome judgment but it is only half cooked rice, cannot eat it nor can it be thrown
away.
In a given scenario when let us say there are 3 candidates in a constituency and the votes distribution is A gets 22% votes, B gets 23% votes, C gets 25% Votes, &
NOTA gets 30% votes of the total votes casted in the constituency. In present condition, Candidate C will be declared as winner which is not acceptable to us.

In case of the above scenario we need few more amendments to the Supreme Court Judgment as under

All the 3 candidates would lose the election. As majority of the people in the constituency find them in appropriate to lead them.

Re - elections be ordered and conducted within 3 months in the said constituency and disqualified candidates cannot contest the election.

All the candidates from the constituency be disqualified & they cannot contest any election from any constituency for a minimum period of 10 years.
A PIL etc is already in place for the same but our judiciary is crippled under POLITICAL GUNDARAJ hence we cannot expect them to act. Requesting you to kindly
invoke your special powers to guide the concern to make the above changes to the right to reject judgment.
Thanking you in anticipation

General Elections 2014

We have gained more things than lost in
the just concluded General Election
2014.
There is always some amount of
collateral damage in a deal in this case it
was the money.
Will not say the effort as we were able to
establish a team in almost every
assembly constituency.

Marching to our Goals

2 ways to reach our goals

Enter the assembly in majority and enact the

laws and implement the rules.
Create a scenario where the men in power have
no options but to enact the laws in implement
the rules in the best interest of the nation.

The first options is ruled out for the next 5

years as BJP has won the elections in clear
majority.
The second option India Empowering

India Empowering
India Empowering end goal of AAP &
IAC think the unthinkable
We have 4 of our Lieutenants in the
Parliament.
We do signature campaigns on Pan India
Level and submit the same to the
Parliament through or 4 MPs. The copy
of the same is submitted to the
President.

India Empowering
The Government cannot set aside the
voice of 30 Cr. Of the 125 Cr. Indians
If the government accepts the demands of 30
Cr. Indians - WE WIN
If the Government does not accept the
demands of 30 Cr. Indians
The
Government Looses (BJP wiped Out AAP
wins in the next elections) WE WIN

The Process

We do a door to door activity (it will be time consuming but very

effective) with the letter and the signature sheet.

Introduce yourself as AAP Volunteer, but never ever speak to them of the
party.
Know if they have voted in the General Elections 2014.
Encourage the people who have not voted to Vote. Explain them is their duty
towards their children to elect a good representative.
Explain them NOTA
Explain the individuals why we want NOTA to be counted.
Explain them that it is the only way to stop criminalization of politics.
Explain them it is in the constitution but being implemented for their vested
interests.
If they are interested and propose upfront to join as volunteer only them
entertain them on that aspect and get them enrolled as volunteer and on get
them on ground activity.
