    During the month of July 2009, teams of directors and volunteers achieved the following while
    based in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

    Memorandum of Understanding with:

    -­‐ The University of Health Sciences (need to process through the Lao Embassy in
    Canada)
    -­‐ The Vientiane Times / Le Rénovateur
    -­‐ The National Science Council (NSC)
    -­‐ Lao Organic Products Promotion Association (LOPPA) (awaiting their signature)

    -­‐ Lao Organic Products Promotion Association (LOPPA)

    The MSR International team also performed the following activities pertaining to:

    The University of Health Sciences and Hospitals:

    -­‐ Donation of 4 medical dictionaries (to the Setthathirath Hospital, the Division of
    Post-Graduate studies of the Ministry of Health, the Luang Prabang Hospital
    and the Maria Teresa Hospital)
    -­‐ Donation of one surgery kit to the Setthathirath Hospital
    -­‐ Donation of one treaty of anatomy and physiology to the Setthathirath Hospital
    -­‐ Medical Observation Internship at the Setthathirath Hospital (cf. Medical
    Observation Internship Report for the Setthathirath Hospital)
    -­‐ MSR International Medical Observation Internship Report (updated daily by the
    observation team, containing all the medical knowledge gathered during the
    internship)
    -­‐ Tutoring and editing for research project on Drug Trafficking in Laos
    Division of Post Graduate Studies and Research of the University of Health
    Sciences, initiated by the University of Melbourne for the Law Enforcement Harm
    Reduction Program (LEHRN)
