1) Tell me a little about yourself?

I am Ryan, accounting graduate in University of Perpetual Help Dalta located in Las Pias
City. I had a good working experience in my previous job. Most of it was finished contract.
I worked with Rustans Shopwise as an accounting supervisor and I have spent for almost
6 years in the company. I have a reputation for my attention to detail and delivering
within strict deadlines. Going forward I want to work in a challenging role within the same
industry and your company is one in which I believe I could settle down and make a real
contribution.
2) Why do you want to work in this company?
Id like to work here because I like to continue develop myself and to have career growth
in this company. This is also a great start for me if given this opportunity so that I can
learn new things and gain more knowledge and work experience.
3) Tell me what you know about this company?
I think this company has a variety of products like albums and notebooks including other
school and office supplies such as envelopes, folders and pad papers.
4) What are your salary expectations?
As of now, I havent thought much about it. Im more focused on learning the
requirements for this position that I am applying for.
5) What would you consider your greatest strengths?
Im a highly motivated person. I dont stop until I get things done. Im also hardworking
and very patient in dealing with customer and employees.
6) What would you consider your greatest weakness?
I consider my weaknesses is that I work hard too much and not knowing that my body
need to rest for a while. One more thing is that I give trust to others especially other
nationality.
7) What is the job of Billing Supervisor?
He is primarily responsible for daily activities of billing staff to ensure the proper
accounting steps are taken for the updating of invoices and the reconciliation of
customer's accounts. He prepares aging reports. He develops practices and procedures in
billing functions.
8) What makes you qualified to work in this company?
I am accounting graduate and I have several job experiences. I am proficient in using
computer software. Im willing to work long hour schedule and capable for work under
pressure. Im also flexible and fast learner.
9) What motivates you?
Many things motivate me. My goal to be the best of what I can be often motivates me to
go beyond my own expectations. When I see myself being productive every day, it
motivates me to continue.

Its a great pleasure if I will be hire in this company. I will do all my best using my great
