Youthworks Conference Centres Shoalhaven
Meal Service
For catered groups, guest meal service helpers are
responsible for preparation of the dining room 15
minutes prior to a meal and for cleaning up the
dining room afterwards. You will need to roster
members of your group to undertake these tasks (5
10 people). This duty can be carried out by
Youthworks staff if an additional fee is paid,
however this must be organised 4 weeks prior to
your event.
Site Boundaries
We appreciate your consideration of our neighbours
with regards to noise and property boundaries;
please do not go into the bush or onto tracks
without notifying your leader of your whereabouts.
Please do not go into the paddocks where there are
cattle.
Swimming Pool
We have a pool supervision policy form which must
be signed by a representative of your group before
you use the pool. Children must be supervised at all
times. The pool is a shared facility between our
Shoalhaven centres. If your group desires exclusive
use of the pool for a particular time, please speak to
your on-site Coordinator ahead of your stay. Please
ensure common sense and courtesy when using the
pool. For the comfort and peace of other guests and
our neighbours, the pool closes at 9.30pm. The pool
lights will automatically turn off after this time.
Phone Coverage Onsite
Mobile phone reception is limited on-site. There is a
landline available for you or group members to used
should the need arise. If you wish, you can provide
people with this landline number, so members of
your group can be contacted while they are on
camp.
