Events Research (3 people)


We do like people indeed. We are brave people who like to interact with
others. And what is the best way to meet new awesome people? Events, of
course!
In order for this to happen, we need to know what kind of events are coming
up next. With your task mates, find the schedule of the upcoming events
in the University of Bucharest (students associations and faculties)
starting from October 2015 until May 2016. In order to complete the task you
need to have at least 1 event/month from each association and faculty in the
University of Bucharest.

TASK 1.2

Experience of a lifetime (4 people)


In AIESEC we are dedicated to offering unforgettable experiences to our
exchange participants. The stories of people are important to us!
Find a returnee from AIESEC in the University of Bucharest and take a short
interview about his/her experience. First you have to create an interview flow
and get a feedback from the contact person. Then meet the returnee and
take his/her interview, and finally write an article (story) about his/her
experience abroad.

TASK 1.3

Improving a lifetime experience (3 people)


In AIESEC we are dedicated to offering unforgettable experiences to our
exchange participants. We want to improve our processes and implement
feedback!
Create a Satisfaction Survey of at least 15 questions in order to assess the
experience of this years returnees with AIESEC in the University of
Bucharest. Gather a minimum of 7 responses and interpret the results.

Community Development Program applicant (Global Citizen). The flow has to
have at least 20 questions that evaluate the suitability of our applicants.

Our purpose is to send as many people abroad as we can, but for this we
need to select the best ones.
With your teammates, create the interview flows (3) for a Global Internship
Program applicant (Global Talent - Marketing, IT and Educational). The flows
have to have at least 20 questions that evaluate the suitability of our
applicants for each of these subprograms.

TASK 2.3

Opportunities knock at your door! (6 people)


Our purpose is to send as many people abroad as we can, but for this we
need to select the best opportunities for them.
With your teammates, conduct a research on https://internships.aiesec.org
for 5 Trainee Nominees (TNs) on IT, Marketing and Teaching starting after the
15th of November: 2 from Europe, 2 from Latin America and one from Africa.
For this you will need to create an account on the platform with the help of
your contact person.

Internship of a lifetime (3 people)


In AIESEC we are dedicated to offering unforgettable experiences to our

Find an Exchange Participant on GIP from AIESEC in the University of
Bucharest and take a short interview about his/her experience. First you have
to create an interview flow and get a feedback from the contact person. Then
arrange a skype interview with the EP and finally write an article (story)
about his/her experience abroad.

TASK 3.1

Creative writing (4 people)


Attracting applicants for our programs is a piece of cake with the right
approach.
Create 6 promotional texts in Romanian (70 90 words each): 3 for Global
Talent and 3 for Global Citizen, taking into consideration that their purpose is
to be posted on social media. These should contain information about the
programs, should be grammatically correct and have the right approach for
each target group.

TASK 3.3

Social Media Wizards (4 people)


Having the right marketing strategies and the appropriate tools helps us to
be more visible among students.
Create 2 lists with the most important 7 things to do in an e-mail marketing
campaign and 7 things to do in a Facebook campaign. Each of the points
should have a short description (over 70 words).

TASK 3.4

RYLF (4 people)
Going to AIESEC conferences is awesome!
Find out what RYLF means and convince people to tell you why you shouldnt
miss it! Together with your team mates make a 5 minute video with as many
AIESEC members as possible about all the reasons why you should be at
RYLF.

Before the marketing campaign is born and the interviews are conducted,
someone needs to know what we are looking for.

Every organization is built on people and culture.
Together with your team mates conduct a research about 5 different
organizational cultures. Select 2 of them and present concrete action steps in
order to implement some of their characteristics in AIESEC in the University
of Bucharest.

TASK 4.3

Legendary Induction (4 people)


So how do you feel so far?
As the department responsible for its members it is important to know how
people feel during their AIESEC Experience. Please create a survey with 15
questions that measure the satisfaction of the participants at the induction
period. After that give the form to the members and analyze their responses.

TASK 4.4

Event organizing (3 people)


Everyone is afraid of public speaking, so you have the chance to organize an
event that will make everyone speak in front of a crowd.
After all the tasks are done, youll organize an event in which every team
presents their result. Your job is to make sure all the teams have a short
video (30 seconds) and a presentation of how they worked for the evening of
28th of October. Then gather everyone in one place and celebrate your
achievements. Its up to you to organize them and make them feel proud.

TASK 5.1

One of our core values is Acting Sustainably.
Conduct a research for 10 printing agencies that can offer us promotional
materials at fair prices.

TASK 5.2

OC, OC, OC (3 people)


An Organizing Committee is responsible for people that attend the
conference. Accommodation and transportation are two important parts of a
conference experience.
Together with your team mates conduct a research for the easiest ways of
transport from Bucharest to Olanesti for 50 people on the 18 th of November
(latest arrival time 1 pm) and back on the 22 nd of November (departure time
after 3 pm). After that, find suitable locations for a 130 persons conference in
February.

TASK 5.3

Travelling the world = VISA (3 people)


Luggage, passport, tickets are all the means for a great experience. We offer
support to out Exchange Participants regarding their legal documents and
this includes VISA.
Your responsibility is to conduct a research for 10 top countries per continent
in which you need a VISA and create a booklet with the standard means for
obtaining it.
